Said he changed my estimate for large size boxes and increased the price, took my payment and never changed the paperwork. The communication on when I could receive my belongings was vague and misleading. Kristen is rude and placed all blame on me when I was asking for clarification and help with understanding when I can expect my belongings. She had a condescending tone and said if she had caller id she wouldn’t answer my call.

Fortunately, their storage facility was spacious enough to accommodate all my possessions and was rather well-maintained too. Later, when I requested for the delivery of my things, their movers delivered everything in immaculate condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!
