They carefully handled my king-size bed and big-screen TV, securing them with straps and blankets. They also offered to help me pack some boxes that I had left behind. They provided me with a detailed estimate that was clear and easy to understand, and they answered all of my questions promptly and with patience. They also confirmed the date and time of the move with me a few days before, and arrived on time and ready to work. They completed the move in less time than I expected.

Read More Do Not Use this company! They only schedule your move with a carrier and you will get charged much more than they quoted. Also they set us up with a carrier that had a rating of F! Every piece except the mattress of the 12 items we had were damaged badly! Having to replace a dining room set and a gun safe! I was in tears when they finally delivered my furniture. It was supposed to be an immediate delivery but they took it to a warehouse and we had no idea who had or where they were located. Now we are out a huge amount for the move and are having to buy new furniture. They don’t answer phone calls and we are getting nowhere with filling a claim for damages. Metro Hop promised a gentle move, and a discount for seniors, don’t believe them! Worst experience ever! We paid more than other quotes and had “wethebestmovers” who are anything but! Look up their reviews. Score an F. I would never had contracted with them.
