Read More I should of known better like the old saying "too good to be true". They quoted me a price $2K cheaper than the cheapest price I had. My house deal fail through and I emailed the billing department and text this guy Vinny the very next day for my $1000 deposit and got no response. I found out they are just brokers and they make money keeping the deposits from customers that cancel or when the actual moving companies charge more than agreed. I never seen a company so many negative reviews and BBB complaints, I should of checked them out first. Don't make the same mistake that I did!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I really don’t want to even give them a rating as they were awful. They ended up putting us with another moving company that turned out to be a “BIG” joke. When my fiancé or I would call to speak to management to discuss how we were not satisfied we got the run around. I spoke with a so called someone a couple of days before movers weee supposed to be there to give them a list of everything we needed moved and was told no problem and quoted a price. Then the movers showed up and took maybe a 1/4 of our household belongings leaving us stuck with trying to figure out what to do with the rest. We ended up having to hire a car shipping company and a uhaul (the biggest one available) to move the remainder of our belongings from Texas to Washington. What seemed like a great deal turned into a nightmare! If you use this company, good luck! It was definitely a lesson learned!!!!

Never hire this company don't take everything even know it's on the moving invoice. Always changed more money. Broken stuff wouldn't even deliver to house. Dropped off at ...
