Transparency Report
Our other methodology pages explain how our rules work. Our Transparency Report will show what actually happened: how many reviews we published and removed, how many reports and appeals we handled, and how many listings we checked, paused or removed.
When We Publish It
We will publish our first report after our first full six months of records under our current review and listing rules. After that, we will publish a new report every six months and keep every past report on this page.
Every number will come from our own records. We will not publish estimates or rounded guesses.
What Each Report Will Include
- Reviews: reviews submitted and published, and how many show a Verified label, an Invited label or no label.
- Reviews we removed or didn’t publish, by reason: fake or connected to the mover, bought or rewarded, spam, private information, abuse, not about a real moving experience, or deleted at the reviewer’s request.
- Reports and disputes: reviews reported by users or disputed by movers, how many stayed published, and how long checks took.
- Mover checks and actions: listings approved and not approved, federal registration rechecks, profile warnings, and listings paused or removed.
- Appeals: appeals received, decisions changed, and how long answers took.
- Ads: reports of a paid listing without an “Ad” label, and how many we confirmed and fixed.
- Privacy requests: access, deletion, correction and Do Not Sell or Share requests, and how long we took to respond.
We never remove a review just because it is negative, and payment never changes a mover’s Organic Rank, star rating or reviews. See Our Policy on Ads and Unbiased Rankings.
