Basic vs Premium Subscription

Introduction

Every verified moving company on My Good Movers gets a free Basic listing. Premium is a paid subscription that adds more tools to help you invite reviews, understand how your profile performs and grow your business. Premium has a fixed fee, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices for Premium and every add-on are shown in your dashboard and at checkout before you buy.

This page explains what each plan includes, how the free trial works, and what never changes, no matter which plan you choose.

How Listings Work

• Once you complete all verification steps, including our check of your FMCSA registration, your profile goes live automatically as a Basic listing. We may still review any listing at any time.
• Your listing stays live even if you don't use paid programs, because consumers rely on its reviews. You can't delete it yourself, but you can update it, ask us to correct it, or tell us if your company has closed. See our Terms for Moving Companies.
• When you subscribe to Premium, your profile is upgraded with Premium tools, including AI-drafted replies to reviews that you check and edit before posting. Your reviews and rating stay exactly as they are.

Paying Doesn't Change the Rules

A Premium subscription gives you more tools. It never buys better reviews or a better reputation.

• Your reviews stay as they are. We don't remove, hide or change reviews because you subscribe.
• Your rating is calculated the same way for every moving company.
• Your place in our organic rankings, your star rating and your reviews don't change. Payment changes only three things, and each one is disclosed: paid placements (labeled "Ad"), the extra state pages you pay for (labeled "Ad"), and whether you receive quote requests from us. Review Invitations on Each Plan

Basic listings can send up to 50 review invitations per month. Premium listings can send up to 200 per month and also get tools that help you send invitations at the right time and learn from the results.

These limits are about how many invitations you can send, not how you send them. The same rules apply on every plan: invite every customer in the same way and never offer anything in return for a review. If your plan's monthly limit means you can't invite every customer, invite them in the order their moves were completed. Never choose who to invite based on how their move went. Free Trial

If you have a Basic listing, you can try Premium free. The trial lasts between 7 and 15 days, and the exact length is shown before you start.

• You need to enter a payment card to start the trial. No card, no trial. Before you start, we show you the Premium price and how often you will be billed.
• During the trial, your profile is upgraded to Premium. Usage limits during the trial are lower than on a paid Premium subscription, and state add-ons aren't available until you buy Premium.
• You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. You can cancel yourself, without contacting support.
• We email you a reminder before your trial ends, so you can decide whether to keep Premium.
• If you don't cancel, your card is charged automatically at the end of the trial, and your subscription continues as full Premium.

Featured Partner and Sponsored Ads

Featured Partner is a paid program for Premium subscribers. It has a fixed fee for your pages, paid monthly or in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months, plus a fee for each lead that comes to you through your Featured Partner spot. You can choose one page or more, or a package of pages. Featured Partner spots appear on our resource, state, city and route pages. We may also run limited-time Featured Partner offers for Premium moving companies.

• Featured Partner is available to moving companies (carriers) only. Brokers can't buy it.
• Sponsored Ads appear on the same pages. They have no monthly fee: you pay only for each lead that comes to you through the ad. Sponsored Ads also need Premium and are available to moving companies (carriers) only. Brokers can’t buy them.
• Featured Partner spots and Sponsored Ads are paid placements and are labeled "Ad." A lead from your Featured Partner spot or Sponsored Ad goes only to you. There is no spending cap on these leads; your dashboard shows each one as it arrives. We never charge for impressions or clicks.

Showing Up in More States

When you list with us, you add one Primary Address. It decides where your company appears by default.

• Every live moving company appears on the main Movers Search page, on any plan.
• You are also listed automatically on the state directory page for the state of your Primary Address.
• To appear on the directory pages of other states, you can add each state for a fee charged with your Premium subscription when you buy Premium or while you have it (not during a free trial). These listings are labeled "Ad" and don't change your place in our organic rankings.

Changes to Plans

We may update what each plan includes from time to time. We give at least 14 days' notice of changes to what you pay, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Credit Policy for Moving Companies. If something isn't covered here, we decide based on what keeps reviews honest and useful for people planning a move.

How every program is billed, and how to cancel, is explained in our Terms for Moving Companies. If you cancel, your program stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can stop new paid leads straight away at any time.

Lead Program. With an active Premium subscription, moving companies and brokers can join our Lead Program. You pay a fee for each lead sent to you through My Good Movers, up to a monthly spending cap you set in your dashboard. The fee is shown in your dashboard before any lead is charged. Profile articles. With Premium, you can publish articles in their own section on your profile, such as moving tips or company news. Each article is paid for separately and checked against our content rules before it goes live. See our Terms for Moving Companies.
