Every item was handled with care, and upon reaching my new home, nothing was found damaged.

How others are saying they had a good moving experience with this company, i could not tell you. I guess I was unlucky. They called me after I had already contracted uhaul, Orlando Promised me the world, plus telling me he personally would stay in contact with me every step of the way, after i paid him i never heard from him again, so I cancelled uhaul. I was not told they are only a broker, I would of looked the company they hired up and found out how bad they was RCV First America storage and moving. Las Vegas NV Now Metro Hop told me 2 different employee's that they knew they was having problems with, RCV but used them any how. I told Orlando i was only moving personal things, and my dolls. He said ok not a problem later i learned you dont use a moving company for personal things or brokable things that mean the world to you. They lied to me all threw out the move. Ex sample saying my dolls was being stored in a air conditionor storage unit. It was not I asked the owner of the moving company. Metro Hop made it seem They knew what was going on when they did not. I will never use them nor would i ever recommend them to anyone even my worse friend. I wish I could hold them as reliaable as RCV moving.
