THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They don't tell you what they are or how they operate. Not a Moving Company at all. They are a broker. So, you end up working with three d ... Read More THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They don't tell you what they are or how they operate. Not a Moving Company at all. They are a broker. So, you end up working with three different companies, and you don't know who is coming to get your belongings or who is delivering them. They put your furniture in some warehouse somewhere and it comes back to you all dusty, scratched, and damaged. Oh, yeah, they will give you an estimate alright. BUT IT KEEPS GOING UP AND UP AND UP. Then they have some policy where they decide a weight so they don't have to pay you a reasonable price to cover damages. You never talk to the same person twice and unfortunately, the actual delivery companies they use don't speak English well. So you are forced to deal with people you can barely communicate with who have your belongings. I even had a box that belonged to someone else delivered to me. Did they care? Nope! Do yourself a favor: stay away!

They will definitely add lot of fees during pickup and delivery since their contract says so.. They have a binding for the estimate which is not reliable so they will definitely add more.. for example if you have a sofa, they add sofa for a 10 cubic feet saying that is standard but they get real measurement which will be at least 15 cubic feet.. they will charge more..
