It is a scam business from the word go. Had we taken the time to do our due diligence by reviewing without the fears and pressure of missing out on our "quoted price" we would have had our eyes wide open to the negative complaints, reviews and D- rating with the BBB. *** was super friendly, helpful and forthcoming about "all" of the things we would encounter with the company. He discussed the loss of hi wife and was SUPER thankful for our public service over the last 20 plus years. Even worked in an extra few hundred off. Finding out later it is a broker and not an actual moving company and as soon as they had the opportunity they kept 10% of our deposit and we cancelled in less than 48 hours. Sadly, we did not read their fine print as it is in the very fine print, but you expect someone who was open about everything else might have mentioned that little tidbit of info.. I cannot say this loud enough - RUN! Or they will keep your hard earned money also.

Read More I signed a moving contract between Dallas, TX and Corpus Christi, TX with Ryan Rinker from Coastal Movers for $2,179.50 on 5/28/24. I gave a 944.00 deposit to Ryan for the move. Ryan told me that they couldn’t travel 6 hours in 1 day due to the trucker’s regulations so it would cost for 2 days of travel each way and hotels for each way. First, truckers with a Class-C license allows for 60 hours in any consecutive period; which adds up to a very big lie. Second, I asked Ryan if Coastal Movers were going to move my stuff? He said yes, but on moving day CITA Van Lines show up and tried to rewrite the contract at 7,000.00. I was not able to reach Ryan or Coastal Movers from that point on. I still do not have our belongings plus I’m out almost 5,000.00 in cash. Contacted a lawyer and trying to sue for our belongings and money back is now costing even more money.

I did appreciate that they didn't seem to waste time to run up the clock like some other companies may have done. They got everything packed and shipped off and the whole thing was very simple. I just finished putting everything away and everything is in the condition it left in.

I found All Coast Moving Group and from the first phone call I knew they wouldn't muck it up because they were very professional and to the point. Im glad I hired this team and you will be too if you give them a chance!
