They wrapped each part with soft cloths and placed them in cushioned crates. They were very cautious and moved slowly to ensure no harm came to the piano. When they arrived, they reassembled the piano, tuned it, and played a short melody to confirm everything was in order.

Before they started, they walked through my home with me, pointing out which items would need extra attention. They carried specialty crates for my TV and artwork, wrapped my couch like a delicate burrito, and used furniture sliders to protect my hardwood floors. When we got to my new home, they adjusted my washer and dryer placement to ensure they were level before leaving. I didn’t know that was a thing!
