This is the worst possible company to ever trust with your move. They are thieves that would rob your deposit and money. The owner Joseph is an owner who uses derogatory ... Read More This is the worst possible company to ever trust with your move. They are thieves that would rob your deposit and money. The owner Joseph is an owner who uses derogatory language to his customers and talks about how he would love to sleep with your relatives. When we decided not to use their services because once they got on site they requested more money. They also cancelled a truck that was suppose to show up and didn't notify us and decided to send in another truck and tell us they were going to charge us another $600 for their own mistake. He then proceeded to tell my elderly aunt that he will F***k her and threated me with "I have your address" Such language is not acceptable and just because he lives in Florida he thinks that he's untouchable and can threaten people over the phone. Such behavior is not acceptable and police has been notified. Please be advised, that if he took your money without providing services, items stolen/lost, you should be able to file a claim against his broker Bond. This information is public, you just need to know where to look. Don't let some big-shot-wannabe run you over, here is his info. Surety bond is through insurance company called Allegheny Casualty Company. Policy# ACC006005978, his coverage is $75,000. Their phone number is 973-200-6497 For someone who constantly making sexual references towards elderly people or customers in general, you can easily find his smug looking face on FB along with his child and baby mama. This is reminder that you don't get to bully people just because you live in FL and operate out of TX. We take threats seriously and don't let anyone mess with our family.

Read More Had an absolutely amazing experience with our team from Menards Moving & Storage this past weekend! Not only did they take incredible care of our belongings, but their attitudes while doing so reflected the joy they have for their work. They spent extra time with our belongings to make sure the packing job we did would keep everything protected. They worked diligently and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and the jokes flowing with us and amongst their team. Overall, it was the most enjoyable move we have ever done and we will absolutely be return customers in the future.
