The only problem was that one wardrobe box had been lost during unloading, but was recovered soon and delivered later that day.

Read More This was the second time using them, and they’re still just as efficient and just as professional as the first. Josh, Eddie, and Tony were punctual and friendly. All three knew what they were doing and couldn’t have asked for more. The logistics of the move was labor intensive but they all went above and beyond to make it happen. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to move!

When they arrived at the new location they put everything where it belonged based on box labels and labels on furniture, and checked in with me when they weren’t sure. They were polite, friendly, and professional.

Read More Menard increased our original quote from 4400 to 8600 and then to 10800. The contractor they worked with, Goodview, packed our piano in a way that made other packers tell us we could sue. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Required cash payments before we even saw our stuff at delivery. AVOID THEM. I think all the 5 stars are fake— scroll all the way back. When I asked for a manager I was told “I don’t have one” repeatedly and finally given a first name only. Spent an hour on hold trying to find our contractor who arrived alone (no one to help unpack) and then drove away and didn’t return for 7 hours. Appalling service.
