Dishonest, still holding or items more than 2 months after pickup and refusing to deliver until they are ready

Awful service!! Dishonest! They’ve held our items in storage for more than 50+ days and are refusing to deliver until they can find a truck to deliver. There contract stipulates 21 days for moving but they are holding everything in storage, which we did not agree to. It would have been cheaper and faster to rent a U-Haul for a 500 mile move.

It was a solid overall professional move.

I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
