They have great customer service and give you updates on where your luggage's are. They packaged the items and wrap them nicely and also unloaded them. They are a great people.

The short animated video he sent on how to prepare for the movers was also helpful. You hear a lot of negative stories about moving companies trying to get one over on you, but that was not our experience. He was transparent and consistent the whole way through.
