They handled everything with great care and efficiency, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. We also opted for their paid unpacking service, and it was absolutely worth it. The team unpacked efficiently and took away all the boxes, which made settling into our new home so much easier. They put us in touch with a moving company that met our requirements and kept us updated throughout the entire procedure. The pick up was successful, and our furniture was handled well. Generally, they seemed interested in making the transition as smooth as possible.

Read More I'm incredibly disappointed. Menards seemed to be great to begin with. The gal that booked my move for an out of state piano purchase was helpful and answered all of my questions and assured me there would not be additional charges. I was comfortable with my decision. They used a third party carrier who rewrote the contract with several hundreds of dollars in extra charges, with only a picture sent via text with no reply to my questions or concerns. It has been over two weeks and they still have not replied to phone calls or texts. I have no idea when my piano will be delivered. Menards has not been helpful. I didn't realize they were acting as a dispatcher, they only wanted to take what money they could, and could care less about the service or what happened after they took their 1/3 cut of the move.
