Then when we went to cancel within the 3 day window that is explicitly on the bill of lading they just said they would give us a credit. DO NOT USE.

Read More Still waiting for my items to be picked up. Paid $2711 to move a small apt w 4 items of furniture. and some boxes. Dylan Thome said pick up would be Wed probably or Thursday at the latest. No inventory process was done or any problems noted. Thursday truck came but no one told me. Friday they came again - Now the carrier lady is calling me stating she wants more money. She wants another $1411 to move my items. I called Titan to confirm and spoke to Chloe. She said they had heard NOTHING from the carrier. Now today is Saturday and I have heard nothing back from Chloe or ANYONE to solve this problem. Now I am sitting here with NO FURNITURE. No pick up has been done. No "proof" of anything - just a demand for more money. My items are sitting in Houston. The truck came and left yesterday. No one reached out today. It's a 3 day weekend and still nothing is moving towards California at all. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY AGAIN. At this point I will fight to cancel unless the owner reaches out to me immediately and my items are loaded up and on their way.
