Read More A company of thieves and liars. “Lost” and damaged over a thousand dollars of memorabilia, instruments, and misc furniture and goods. Refused to refund me and had to contest the charges as a result. Couldn’t handle a move that was literally 4 blocks in distance.

Charged me for three movers at 175 an hour to move my stuff from storage to apartment - ended up costing me almost 1000. when I left my storage the “owner of the company” was on his phone standing in the U haul that they rented while the other two guys were working. Showed up with no dolly except one that comes with the truck when you rent with U Haul. I have a dolly bigger than that and I’m a middle aged woman. Also, missing a TV and several other things that were in my storage. Don’t know where they are .

Read More I honestly don’t know if this company can improve. They are better off shutting down their services. Used this company to move out of state and it was the absolute worst experience! First of all I provided a list of items I had in a storage unit that I wanted moved. The first guy I spoke to told me the truck size I would need and cost. Several phone calls later and the price changed multiple times and it was not just a few dollars it was hundreds to thousands of dollars. Pictures of my unit were sent ahead of time so no SURPRISES for anyone. Then the day the contracted movers were set to come I was told they would arrive at the storage between 4-6pm. Due to me already being out of the state I had my friend meet them there. They called at 7pm stating they were still another 30 minutes moving another unit. They called around 8 saying they were an hour out. By the time they showed up to the unit and saw my unit now all of a sudden the movers are stating that there were multiple things they couldn’t take. They didn’t have the space, the item was never listed on the original contract. At this point the storage is about to close. They said we will have to come finish the move tomorrow. They were supposed to be at the storage unit at 6AM they had my friend and girlfriend waiting for two hours to show up. Then they continued to say that they were going to charge me an additional cost. At this point almost totaling this move over 1000s of dollars. The moving company they contacted with told me the day of delivery they would need to charge me an extra 500 to get a uhaul since their truck is couldn’t fit into my apartment complex. Then continued to say they were never informed I was on the second floor so that would be an additional cost! It was in the original contract that I was on the second floor! I had to go get a U-Haul myself and have them put my stuff in the truck and move it on my own. I could not afford to pay more money to this company after already paying thousands of dollars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are rude, unprofessional and do not have one single ounce of respect for your their customers time or belongings!
