Read More Worst experience! During the move multiple items was badly scratched, dented, broken, missing shelves for TV-stand. Claim manager was, rude, unapologetic, degrading. They just don't care and would not take responsibility. DISGUSTING.

Read More The most unprofessional moving company, I have ever seen. They spent ridiculous amount of time wrapping my “ikea” furniture with stretch film although I asked them not to do it number of times. They did everything to spend extra 2 - 3 hours. When we came for drop off, they stayed 10 mins more to charge me for extra half an hour. On top of these, my 2 accessories were broken. Shortly don’t hire with them if you don’t want to waste your money.

We are in the process of suing them for breaking federal laws pertaining to the laws of moving companies.

Read More The absolute WORST moving experience EVER!!! The team this company sent out were kids with no experience whatsoever. Two barely 18 year old boys and one 20 year old. The 20 year old was combative at every step of the move. I specifically hired this company because they had said they knew how to wrap and pack grandfather clocks. When the boys arrived, none of them had ever packed one. My mother, a friend and I did it ourselves as best we could. They just threw furniture in without wrapping or even covering with blankets. I was told from the owner who came out to do a walkthrough that it would take 2 and 1/2 hours tops to fill the truck up. Those boys were so slow it took 5 hours! It cost me triple the price I was quoted and on top of that they came unprepared- no tape! What packing company shows up in a huge ( not to mention ugly) truck with no tape, no paper, no boxes just in case!!???!!! I called a manager to get a team out who knew what they were doing but he came and said they were doing “just fine” and left!!!! BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Read More First the truck they bought was too small. The men brought no tools to disassemble or reassemble furniture. Nearly every piece of wood furniture as well as the leather has either rub marks, scratches or gouges! This was NOT a professional mover!!! They kept me so busy either showing them where to put things, that I had painstakingly labeled, or retrieving tools I didn’t notice the damage until after they left. They also tried to charge me nearly $1000 more than the quote. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!

Read More I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My boyfriend and I hired them to move only a few pieces of large furniture 4 months ago and had a horrible experience. My brand new wooden kitchen table had a slice of wood cut out of it and my glass tv stand has scuff marks all over it due to the carelessness of the movers. After paying $1,200, we called management about our ruined furniture and they’re only willing to reimburse us $100 for the damaged items. My boyfriend has been working with accounting for the last 4 months and they still have not sent us the $100 check. Heaven in accounting has been putting us off for months now. They keep telling us the “check hasn’t been cut yet” or “maybe it got lost in the mail”. When we call, they say “she’s on the phone and will call us back”. We are so frustrated and completely dissatisfied with their service. Please never use this company.

Read More They had 2 people show up. But one stayed in the truck the majority of the time. All heavy furniture including mattresses, couches, and dressers were carried by one person and were dragged across the ground and severely damaged. I purchased the simplest “insurance” plan as an extra coverage just in case. When I wrote out in the end what was damaged, they said there was a maximum $75 per piece they would reimburse me because I had not chosen a higher policy. IMO when I purchased the policy, I purchased it as a safety net against “accidental” damage, not a catch-all for poor quality service through an entire job. No one that works there is strong. Especially one person who has to carry huge pieces of furniture. Very disappointing. I also do not think they had enough equipment to do the job. My mattress was literally out of the bag and dragged across the ground. Sectional couch with tear. Would never recommend.

Read More I hired them for the minimum required 2 hours and they charged me for the two hours. I said I mainly just needed help with big stuff, but if we finished early I could use their help moving small stuff. So they just moved the big stuff which took a little over an hour and then they left with out completing the two hours of service I paid for. Additionally, even more problematic, they tore both edges of my leather couch. Which I didn’t notice immediately in the chaos of moving. I would recommend not using this company.

Read More This was honestly the worst possible imaginable experience. Not only did the scheduler pretend to cut us deals the movers then told us wouldn’t be honored, he insulted our furniture and apartment, constantly threw us attitude, broke some of our items, and proceeded to mock me for offering water because I should have been “offering something stronger”. He even told my neighbor he would make the move last as long as possible because he “deserved more than he was getting for such a s*** job”. I cried for an hour after he left. I’m aware companies have different movers and I can only hope he is their worst one. They told me I could charge another card at the end of services and then they waited 2 days to call me and because I was at work and couldn’t answer they threatened to charge the original card and did not pull back until I pointed out they didn’t call me when they said they would. This was truly a nightmare and I would have paid more to be treated with respect like a human being. I will never use them again and truly never want to be contacted by any member of this company again as I do not believe they are honest. The final amount we were charged even ended up being more than the paperwork we signed when the movers left. I truly don’t even feel safe with them having my card or contact info now and I’m terrified they will harass me again.
