Read More If I could give a negative stars review, I would. I reserved furniture Dollies and pads online. I called 4 days ahead to see if anything was wrong with my reservation, no issues. The day I arrive for pickup, they tell me the Dollies and pads are unavailable--they don't have any on the entire facility! I asked the front desk to explain and she said, we don't have it so we changed your reservation. I asked how this was possible, and she said I don't know, you can go complain on our reviews, so here I am.

Read More Strongly recommend to stay away from this company. Based on my experience, you may well conclude that their management is incompetent and unethical. Got a quote to store my home furniture and other belongings, based on their virtual inspection, and after they had picked them up and I was overseas, they almost doubled the fee. Despite protracted negotiations and protests, the operations manager showed no flexibility, displaying an aggressive and rude attitude. Would never recommend this company with the current management to anyone.

Read More I hired this company, with the assumption that they would not toss aside all logic, consideration and common sense when it came to handling, protecting and loading my items. After my experience working with these movers, I would not recommend this company for any services in the future simply because of the way the movers conducted themselves, the way they handled my furniture, what appeared to be their lack of knowledge in loading and their lack of consideration in keeping my furniture clean. I understand I hired them to help move and load, I just assumed that whatever skills they were trained with as movers would apply regardless of the type of job they were hired to do.

Between not working for the first hour, the inappropriate behavior, not completing the job, and damaging the landscaping this company has really let their quality slip. I won't even consider pricing with them in the future.

Worse, they tore a large hole in an extremely expensive mattress, which the movers acknowledged/admitted, but the local office refuses to settle a claim. They won't return calls or emails. It's been 4 months now and I continue to pursue remuneration. Customer service at this office is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Read More Absolutely horrible experience. The employees dropped my furniture off of the moving ramp and smashed my furniture. They also broke another one of my pieces of furniture while moving it up stairs. I was completely calm at the time as the movers told me the company would have no problem taking care of any furniture that they damaged.

Read More Terrible experience!! When booking the move, it was supposed to be 2 men and a truck. They show up with 3. I stated which was in my opinion it shouldn't take longer than 2 hours. ( 10 boxes 2 TV bed Dresser, night stand, rug, bar table 4 chairs).. going 6.5 miles from here to the new place. Moving from 1st floor to and elevator at the new place. They guy in charge tells me not to state my opinion if I don't have to money for more than 2 hours just say that. And that I'm all ready getting a 3rd man and I'm trying to get more. Money was never an issue, like I told him if it goes over 2 I'll pay no problem. Then tells me I have to pay before they unload at the 2nd stop. Been moving every year for the last few years and this is never the case but whatever. And its never taking longer than 2 hours and I'm moving to the exact same place that I'm moved from b4 minus the elevator cause last time they had to use the stairs and i had way more stuff. The guy in charge continues to Keep telling me not to state my opinion. Its my opinion I'm entitled to one. Then he tells the guys to put my stuff back in my house then leaves. Very unprofessional. Waste of my time!! Felt like he wanted it to be more than 2 hours so the 3rd guy could get paid which again I never asked for. Not even a real business just some guys with a pick up truck and trailer.

Read More Not responsible movers or management. Movers broke our fridge door, accepted responsibility and we were cool with that, promised to get it fixed and they overtightened the bolt that holds handle to the fridge door, again, we were cool with that. Almost a month later nothing. Sent message to a person, they probably blocked me. Sent message to management, got a message that they are sorry but again disappeared. They also broke my daughter's bed frame, again overtightened bolts. Price jumped from $900 to $1400 with "discounts" got back down to $1200. One word IRRESPONSIBLE company/movers/management. If you use their services make sure you get everything double checked and if something gets wrong get the money right away. We are now $500 in repairs.

Read More If you need some stuff moved but don't generally care about how well it is moved or if they listen to your instructions, then this is the company for you. But if you pay $600 and expect your property to be cared for and stacked as you asked, then I highly recommend looking elsewhere. My disabled elderly client hired them to move her stuff to a storage unit and asked that they leave a walkway (she uses a walker) and to stack certain items in the back of the until and leave important ones easily accessible. I had to go back the day after them to create a walkway, and organize the unit so that she could get to the stuff she needed. I found fragile boxes stacked under heavy boxes, boxes that were placed sideways, and boxes without lids. Very nice people, but very bad movers.

Read More A company of thieves and liars. “Lost” and damaged over a thousand dollars of memorabilia, instruments, and misc furniture and goods. Refused to refund me and had to contest the charges as a result. Couldn’t handle a move that was literally 4 blocks in distance.
