Charged me for three movers at 175 an hour to move my stuff from storage to apartment - ended up costing me almost 1000. when I left my storage the “owner of the company” was on his phone standing in the U haul that they rented while the other two guys were working. Showed up with no dolly except one that comes with the truck when you rent with U Haul. I have a dolly bigger than that and I’m a middle aged woman. Also, missing a TV and several other things that were in my storage. Don’t know where they are .

Failed to meet deadline time and failed with proper communication. I has to cancel and call other movers that showed up within 40mins after I contacted them which was awe ... The movers arrived just when they said they would, and they worked quickly and kindly to box up my things. Nothing was lost or damaged in transit, and the price was really reasonable.

Everything went so smoothly, from making the appointment to the actual moving, that I can't believe it's gone. This relocation was a huge gift in comparison to our prior moves, which were both costly and difficult.
