Read More I hired Titan Moving Group for a local move about few miles across town. The truck arrived at nine in the morning and left my new apartment at two in the afternoon. I counted twenty three boxes and eight pieces of furniture, and everything matched the inventory list they gave me at the start. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Read More We hired Titan Moving Group for a cross country move from California to NC. The sales guy (Jack) made it sound like this would be a smooth operation as Titan Moving Group has offices in both SoCal and Charlotte. Currently, we are in limbo with our stuff in a warehouse and no indication on when they will ship it to us. Both my wife and I work remote and have to make do with an empty house while we await some sort of notice. The Good The crew that showed up. They were really professional and loaded up the truck with care. Really nice guys and were pretty careful with the loading. The Bad No communication. “Jack” the sales guy who promised to be with us the whole move is ghosting us. The customer service responds with basic “when the truck is loaded you’ll get a call from dispatch.” No indication of when we can expect the move even though we scheduled our move in advance. On top of all that, they also charged us more at pick up. So as of right now, they’re a 1 star review. If they reach out and be more transparent and deliver our household to us I will reconsider and change the review.

The person didn’t know if I had more questions or if they could refer me to another company! I don’t think they are professional at all!!

Read More The thing I liked most about Richard was that he listened when I told him which boxes were fragile and which ones could be stacked. A lot of movers just nod and then do whatever they want, but he actually paid attention. My glassware made it in one piece, and that is really all I cared about.
