Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Our office relocation included desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and several boxes of equipment. The movers followed the room labels and kept the items grouped by department, which helped us get organized again afterward. It was a useful service for a busy workweek.
Titan Moving Group provided the worst I have ever had. The original person who gave me a quote said he would be the guy I worked with the entire time. This was not true, he was not the only guy I got to deal with I dealt with another associate. Customer service when you try to call them is horrible. They will not call you back. I literally had to call every two hours in order to find they someone. They did not mention that my items would be placed in a warehouse, they were and it took forever to get the items to be my new location. The dispatcher has no clue what he is doing, he said he would give me a call to let me know when the item shipped. The items finally arrived and two hours later he said they were in the process of shipping them. This company is a classic bait and switch. Tell you what you wanna hear and then don't do anything they promise. Beware they are not worth using.
The service quality was far below my expectations. The team lacked experience and handled boxes very roughly. Several items arrived damaged, and one box even went missing. There was no proper apology or compensation. Very disappointing overall.
We had a home office to relocate along with the rest of the house. The desks, monitors, filing boxes, and office chairs needed to stay together as much as possible. The movers followed our instructions, and setting everything back up at the new place was much simpler than expected.
What stood out was how adaptable the movers were. We changed the placement of a few pieces at the last minute, and they handled it without complaints. Excellent customer service.
Robert made my commercial move so smoothly. He managed the crew, checked the fragile electronics, and guided the unloading process. His involvement gave me peace of mind and helped the process feel easy.
The crew had to move several heavy appliances along with the regular household furniture. They coordinated the lifting and used the right approach for each item. The entire load-out was completed smoothly and professionally.
This moving company failed to meet my expectations in many ways. The movers arrived late and did not apologize for the delay. They handled my belongings without much care. Some boxes were placed incorrectly, causing unnecessary damage. The staff was not professional when I raised my concerns. Customer support did not provide a helpful response afterward. The overall process was stressful and poorly organized. I expected much better service for the amount charged. I would not hire them again. It was a disappointing experience.
At first, I thought the garage would be the easiest part of the move. Then we got to the workbench and the heavy tool cabinets. The crew handled those items as a team and secured them properly in the truck. They didn't cut corners with the lifting, and everything reached the new property in good condition.
Local moving felt effortless. The movers padded furniture, stacked boxes neatly, and carried fragile items with care. It felt more like friends helping than a service, which left me very grateful by the end.
