Read More The salesperson I worked with, Frank, was so helpful and easy to talk to! They really made sure I knew everything about how my personal belongings would be handled. I was worried about how everything would fit and get to the new place safely, but they explained the entire process and gave me a fair, no surprises estimate. The move went smoothly and they even delivered my belongings two days earlier than promised! My family was happy to hear this good news since we were sleeping on mattresses. They always gave me updates on the delivery and I felt completely at ease the entire time.

They helped with everything from planning to packing, and they took the time to make sure my belongings were in good hands. Delivery was on time and everything was in perfect condition. They called me ahead of time to let me know about pickup and delivery. The price they offered was reasonable, I compared other companies but decided to trust BMR and I was not disappointed. Glad I went with this company. Great service all around!

They showed up on time, handled my stuff with care, and didn't charge me a bunch of hidden fees like some others. The crew was awesome and everything was delivered without any issues. They gave me 30 days free storage since my lease wasn't starting for 2 weeks. And free blankets too. I also called the driver and customer support to track my progress and they always kept me updated which gave me peace of mind. So glad I went with them!

Read More It's a tough business moving people's belongings. I used to work for a related company myself and I know what I am talking about. But these guys definitely do this business perfectly! They are honest, transparent and always on the client's side. I was convinced of this when a small misunderstanding arose with my Garden Furniture that I forgot to indicate in the original estimate. They sorted everything out! I had to pay a little extra for it, and I think it's fair and reasonable. But they still took it and put it in the truck. And I'm glad because I didn't want to leave it in the old house because I just recently bought this furniture. I wish Best Move Relocation success and prosperity in this difficult business!

And every time the girls were polite and patient with me and answered all my questions (when they will arrive for pickup, when will the delivery be, how should I pay). I'm constantly at work and didn't have much time to do a thorough estimate, but she gave me a fair estimate and took the time to explain all the details and possible deviations. I was worried that my list of things would be very different from what was actually in the truck because I didn't know what I would have to leave and what I would have to take to Texas until the last minute. But Giovanna made it so I didn't even have to argue with the driver, who was a great guy by the way! It made planning my move much less stressful!
