I'm constantly at work and didn't have much time to do a thorough estimate, but she gave me a fair estimate and took the time to explain all the details and possible deviations. I was worried that my list of things would be very different from what was actually in the truck because I didn't know what I would have to leave and what I would have to take to Texas until the last minute. But Giovanna made it so I didn't even have to argue with the driver, who was a great guy by the way! It made planning my move much less stressful!
