They carried all my things down those stairs without complaining once. My couch barely fits through the hallway, but they tilted it and figured it out. I was expecting scratches on the walls, but nothing happened. They even helped me take apart my bed frame and set it up again at the new place. By the end of the day, I was just relieved it all went so smoothly.
