Read More They are not only efficient but also extremely professional, they work hard and made my moving experience smooth and easy. They paid attention to detail and made sure all my stuff was transported safely and helped me organize all my belongings. They offer a great service at a great price. I highly recommend Coastal Moving Services moving to anyone and everyone who needs help moving. Those big companies tried to charge me for every dollar I have and didn't want to help move half my stuff , rick and his guys do it all.

Read More Came to save our day on such short notice when we were stranded without movers to help unpack our pallets and move our stuff into 3rd floor apartment. He did a phenomenal job. He even helped assemble some of my furniture and worked thoroughly and quickly. 10/10 one of the best movers ive hired, would definitely utilize his services again.

Read More Coastal Moving Services was outstanding we use them on 24 august and . Gavin. Jan, and Dillon were experienced, professional, and efficient. The office staff including Zach were incredible at communicating both before, during, and after. I was so impressed with their efficiency that I found myself wanting to leave the team a tip. What I thought was a complicated and expensive move turned out to be economical. We hired Big Man's Moving to pick up items from two houses and move them to a third location. If you took the time to read this review, then you owe it to yourself to call them for an estimate. We will definitely call them for our next move.

Read More Used Coastal Moving Services for my move. After all my stuff was picked up (Saturday, August 16), I was told it would be at destination a week from my first available date (8/22 so should be at destination by 8/29). I got a call the following Wednesday (8/20) saying my move was being loaded and would arrive in 4-5 days. 5 days later, nothing. I call and ask when its coming and they say it never got loaded because the driver cancelled so now it wouldn't be loaded until Thursday (8/28) and would arrive Saturday or Sunday (a day or 2 after the date I was given as the last possible date it would arrive). No one ever bothered to update me, no phone call, nothing. I tell them I start work Friday and ask if they can try to get it there sooner. They say "we'll see what we can do." Again, I get no update until I call Wednesday and they say it'll be loaded Thursday (I'd bet all the money I have they did not make the slightest effort to get it there sooner). Get the text Thursday saying its loaded and will be there in 3-4 days and I'll get a call 24 hours before (8/31 or 9/1. Now several days after the "last possible arrival" date I was given. Now we're on day 3 and still no call saying it'll be here by tomorrow so I'm once again calling them for an update on what the delay is this time, when they should be calling me about the delays, AND THERE SHOULDN'T BE THIS MANY DELAYS!!!!!! We're now over a week after when I as told my things would arrive and several days after what I was given as the "last possible arrival" dates. I'm getting no updates unless I call (and when I do its always a 20 minute ordeal to get anyone who knows what they're talking about. Will NEVER use them for a move again

We coincidentally arrived at the same time, and they worked astonishingly fast in unloading everything, ensuring that each box found its way to the right room. They also efficiently unloaded our POD without a hitch. We received more than we had anticipated, and to our delight, they finished even faster than expected. While we don't plan on moving again anytime soon, we'll definitely hire them if the need arises. Not only do they offer a great price, but their customer service is top-notch!

They took excellent care of wrapping and protecting every piece of furniture! As someone that collects art and antiques, it was really important for me to find a company that would care for every piece as if they were their own! They did NOT disappoint! Jorge, Henry and Ricardo were AMAZING! Everything was done professionally and courteously! Great communication and the entire process was effortless! You can’t go wrong with these guys!

From start to finish, they were efficient, respectful, and handled our belongings with great care. They worked quickly but never rushed, and they made a stressful day feel so much easier. Every item was placed exactly where we needed it, and they went above and beyond to ensure nothing was damaged in the process. We truly appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude throughout the entire move-in. Highly recommend this team!

Read More Coastal Moving Services did an exceptional job packing and moving our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home—all in just one day few days ago. From start to finish, they were fast, professional, and incredibly respectful of our belongings. The level of care and teamwork they showed made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. I couldn’t be more impressed and will absolutely be calling them again for our next move this time next year. Highly recommend this crew if you want the job done right!

Read More Worst experience ever. Customer service avoided me at every turn. Movers and drivers were not experienced and did not have a clue as to what they were doing. Very little communication between their people and myself. Bottom line is they damage, destroyed and lost over $3000.00 worth of items and wanted to settle for an amount of $126.00 saying that was industry standard. We had purchased insurance but that did not seem to matter. They are nothing more than swindlers and criminals. They still have not answered back on any issues. Also beware if you file a claim, they will give it to a third party who ignores you and your questions. Spread the word and stay away from them.

Read More Wish I had known how easy this was years ago. The crews I have met have been great to work with. Good communication. Scheduling is pretty easy. Totally worth it and would use again for large or small project. There are some hourly rates for the service, and I have been thoroughly impressed that the crews HUSSLE to get work done in the expected time. Incredibly helpful and considerate.
