Moving can be stressful, but their positive attitudes, great conversation, and easygoing demeanor made the whole experience feel more like friends helping out than a moving company on the clock. I would 100% use Coastal Moving Services again and will absolutely be requesting Cole and Jacob if I do. Truly above and beyond service.

Everything was handled with care and moved efficiently. Leon was especially wonderful—so attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! Highly recommend.

Read More can't say enough good things about this team. They spent an entire day packing up our house, then an extremely long 2nd day loading their truck twice and unloading it at the new house. It would not be possible for them to work harder or more efficiently as a team, they did not even take breaks. They were extremely conscious of door ways and large pieces of furniture. Coastal Moving Services was not the cheapest quote I got, but they certainly proved to be the best value. I cannot recommend enough.

She called during the packing and unpacking processes to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our driver, Ronnie, was top notch. I knew my entire life’s worth of things was in great hands and would be taken special care of. He even went the extra mile to explain and let me see how things like my husband’s precious motorcycle would be safely packed. Big thanks to the whole crew! Recommend 1,000%

Great customer service and helpful advice for what moving supplies would be useful or not for my situation. As a detail-oriented person, I really appreciated the attachments that they send you with all of the relevant information, and moving tips. I haven’t moved this much stuff before and they made it easy, smooth, and nothing for me to worry about. It was an in-city move. They were on time, respected the condo rules, common space, and other residents in the one elevator, and careful with all of the fragile items I had. The whole process was very “easy” and I have recommended them to friends who also were very happy with their service. I would use them again.

From the initial quote by Kyle immediate responses to questions, to the actual move, to the last bit of furniture being moved by Dontae and Owen, the process was 100% positive. They were all kind, patient, resourceful and respectful of my belongings and space. They made planning and the actual process of moving stress-free. I highly recommend them.

No sooner did I leave the place for restoration that Coastal Moving Services had called to make arrangements to come and pick it up. Sammy and Brandon were too gentleman that came and loaded up my furniture. When my furniture was restored, General Movers were the company that came and delivered it. Again, Sammy and Brandon treated my furniture with kit gloves. They respected my wishes and where to arrange the furniture. Thank God, there are good people in this world who are kind and respectful and pleasant to talk with. the owner, was a great help with any questions or concerns.

They had to move two large vaccine refrigerators to our office and took great care in making sure they did not damage any walls or carpeting as they had to move them across quite far since they would not fit in the original spot we had picked.
