You might think I would knock down a star, but I really liked their approach to this mistake. First, they didn't hide the mistake. Secondly, they gave us a couple of solutions. Lastly, in this big move it was not a big deal and their solution worked. Mistakes may happen, but it is how you work through the mistakes that show true experience and professionalism.
