Read More I’ve used Coastal Moving Services twice now for local moves in Fayetteville and Farmington, in the summer of 2024 and again in late summer 2025. I was thrilled with their help! They certainly worked very hard to move all my stuff! They were efficient, and they took great care of my belongings. I am super grateful for their fair pricing too! Other companies wanted a lot more, which I just wouldn’t have been able to afford. That guarantees that I’ll always return to their services in the future and recommend them any chance I get! I didn’t get the names of those who moved me last year, but this year it was Sean, Kenny, and Quan. Thank you, guys!

Read More I could not be happier with Coastal Moving Services. Billy came out, made an estimate and the men that he sent to pack my Home up were excellent. They were a blessing when they delivered it to one of my homes that I’m moving to. In fact, they did such an excellent job. I am moving to another home another residence this month and I’m using them again. If you want quality work, excellent service professional from beginning to end you have got to go to Coastal Moving Services they are people of their word They are clean and tidy and deliver on every promise that they make again Billy thank you so much for making a very stressful time in my life, a smooth move.

Read More The key to their great service is their ROYAL TREATMENT. I was given a Moving Coordinator, Allen, who was patient, thorough, and spent over an hour on the phone with me completing my online inventory and addressing all my concerns about a process which typically gives me anxiety. Allen was cheerful, knowledgeable, and took a personal approach in planning our move. I was able to text him with any additional questions, changes to the inventory, or worries I might have about the process. I was made to believe that my movers wouldn’t eat up time on the clock dilly-dallying, taking 15 minutes to wrap each item, including those not needing any wrap, but wrapped anyway…that my movers would not ‘disappear’ for extra long lunches with the clock still running, …that my bill wouldn’t wouldn’t skyrocket out of nowhere… and many other things that we’ve experienced in previous moves.

The team prior to the move was super communicative, transparent about pricing and gave us a great deal for everything they provided. They worked FAST but still treated everything with care, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Honestly, they made the whole experience smooth and way less stressful than I expected. Huge shoutout to Rodney and Al - you guys crushed it. They were all so nice and respectful and willing to do anything to make the move less stressful. They knew exactly what they were doing loading that big truck to a tee. No wasted space on the truck. So friendly. I highly recommend “Coastal Moving Services” if you’re looking for a moving service. From the first phone call to the company with questions, that they were happy to answer, until the job was finished today each person that I had contact with was knowledgeable and helpful. Read More From the moment we hired Coastal Moving Services to help pack our U-Haul for our move to Iowa, I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up having more stuff that anticipated and, despite working long days, the team ended up taking such a load off my my plate and treated my furniture like it was their own. They were so careful and packed our U-Haul to maximize every square inch. The owners even came to ensure that the team was taken care of, which says a lot about the owners. I’m truly thankful I made the call to Coastal Moving Services and am so appreciative of all they did! And on top of it all, nothing was broken or damaged when we unloaded!! What a relief!!

From the very first video estimate, our move coordinator, Sarah, was patient, thorough, and transparent. She provided a binding quote that detailed every cost, so there were no surprises. On moving day, the crew, led by Carlos, arrived exactly on time and was the most efficient and positive team I've ever seen. They navigated those narrow NYC stairs with incredible skill, protecting the walls and every piece of our furniture with professional-grade pads and wrap. They disassembled and reassembled our complex bed frame with ease. The driver provided daily updates and GPS tracking during the cross-country journey. Upon arrival in Austin, the unloading crew was just as careful and professional. Not a single item was damaged, not a scratch on any wall. They turned one of life's most stressful events into a smooth, manageable process. Worth every single penny for the peace of mind.

I had a lot of challenges with the move and multiple stops and they helped me every step of the way. Payment was fair and transparent. Robert, Mario and Damian were INCREDIBLE!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Extremely trustworthy, with a very high attention to detail even on smaller items and where they were going, which I really appreciated. They were kind, professional and just really wonderful hardworking guys who I was grateful to have help me and in my corner for a challenging day/move.
