Read More they were responsive and easy to coordinate with, which made the scheduling process seamless. On moving day, they showed up right on time and took great care with every step of the process. They were incredibly thorough — nothing felt rushed, and it was clear they were focused on doing things properly. The crew was professional and respectful throughout, striking the perfect balance of being personable without being overly chatty. You get what you pay for — and in this case, that meant a move handled with care, attention, and solid reliability. Highly recommend.

Everything showed up in one piece, even glass mirrors we assumed wouldn’t survive the trip showed up without a scratch. They reassembled all of our furniture for us, making sure we didn’t need any further help before they left. Another big Thank you to Dakota and his team for loading things up so securely and safely. 10/10, five stars, no notes. Thanks again!!

Read More They are extremely fast, careful, efficient, friendly, and Coastal Moving Services is expensive but they never try to upsell or overcharge. Fernando P and his crew were kind, easy to work with, and took everything in stride, from our slow elevator to which entrance to use. They worked around the things we hadn't been able to pack and the things we'd already moved without comment or question. They asked multiple times to make sure they put furniture in the exact right places, even asking whether anything needed to be adjusted or shifted before they left. They remembered our wardrobe box even when we forgot, and packed and moved it for us. They took apart and put back together our bed and shelves for efficiency and safety, and they did it FAST. These guys are always so incredibly fast!

On top of that, most of the entire move with everyone we have had to hire and deal with for this move had been kind of a letdown, so for these men to accomplish this job flawlessly, that was a huge sigh of relief for us. We even asked extra of them of things I forgot and they were very polite and professional about the whole thing. Shane was so professional, prompt and friendly. His men were on time, so careful and so kind. They moved me from Little Rock to Hot Springs quickly, efficiently and professionally. From the first day of packing at the former house until the last night of unpacking at the new house, these gentlemen (Eli, Johnny, Robert, and Zach) put our minds at ease and kept us laughing. They were professional and respectful. When there were a few “uh oh” moments, they quickly addressed the issue and moved on. I have used several moving companies in the past, but we have definitely found THE moving company that we will always use in the future. Barry and James were absolutely amazing—arrived early, were extremely professional, and brought such a positive and friendly attitude throughout the entire move. They took great care with all of my belongings, carefully wrapping everything and handling it with care. They also disassembled and reassembled my bed and furniture with no issues at all—it was seamless. The whole process felt stress-free and efficient. I highly recommend this team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
