Read More I praise them most on their transparent communication regarding the condition of certain pieces of furniture. I had several screws on my bed frame and dining room table that were stripped. They notified me of this prior to disassemble which gave me time to get to Ace Hardware to look for replacement screws for reassembly in my new home. I really appreciated that. Furthermore, I now know how to manage these items for future moves. Lastly, I had one item that was unfortunately damaged, however, James was completely transparent and apologetic. The claims team processed my claim quickly and efficiently. I will not only use Coastal Moving Services again but I will request James and Dylan again. Phenomenal and caring men!
