Read More Where to start with this amazing company….. from meeting back on Tuesday when we were neighbors and offering me a job at a time of need, to being one of if not the best employers I’ve ever had, to now being one of his customers there’s is very little that Billy, Jen and their crew will not do to help make life easier. We go thru life and meet hundreds of thousands of people and very rarely do we get the opportunity to meet people as great as Billy and Jen. I hope if you’re looking for a moving company that there is no question that The Moving Company is and always will be the first choice and the best choice. “Making life’s transitions simple” is an understatement but a statement that these amazing salt of the earth people follow day in and day out. Thank you Billy and Jen for everything you have and will continue to do for me and my family.

Read More Coastal Moving Services crew because they are hands down the most amazing team. Professional, courteous, efficient and all with a great sense of humor. All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Billy, Jen and team for always treating me and my family like your family during our moves!

Read More Coastal Moving Services moved me 3 weeks ago into my Lake Gaston home, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, they were fast, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They took the time to ensure everything was securely packed and transported without a scratch. What really stood out was their commitment to going above and beyond to make the entire moving process as stress-free as possible. I've moved numerous times over the years, and this was by far the most stress free moving experience I've ever had. A huge thank you to the team – you were amazing, and I truly appreciate your hard work!

Read More They quoted us a price even after I adamantly requested someone come to visually see the amount of our belongings They refused They told us the packers would be there Monday I told them our belongings usually take a day and half to pack in boxes and then a minimum of a day to load the truck. We move every 3 years (last trip after 20 years) I know how long it takes to be done properly We had to be gone by Wednesday. They sent a crew of 2 men Tuesday afternoon. 2 more men showed up after driving hours to get to our home Tuesday evening. They showed up Wednesday to load our belongings after being reprimanded about their packing of our belongings and proceeded to try and cram everything into a large box truck even though it takes more than over half a trailer to fit everything. So they loaded the rest into another truck. We told them we needed weight tickets and they did not have them initially. They tried to charge us 10,000 more dollars after the quote and refusal of someone coming to see the amount of belongings (but also told how much our things weigh). They told us unlimited storage for free as long as we needed and that they just needed a week to ship our belongings We got told 2 weeks after requesting a delivery date a week in advance Our belongings showed up at our new home at 10 am after being told we would be contacted the night before about an arrival time (we were not called) The driver did not have weight tickets. The foreman that showed up an hour and half after the truck with our belongings showed up had no clue what was going on. After he told us he flew from los angles to Georgia for this load There were no packers to help unload our things. Now after 3 hours of waiting no one has showed up to unload our belongings The foreman had to go to Lowe’s to find something to unload it with as the trailer does not have a ramp If I was the owner I’d be ashamed of how this particular shipment went and I’m 1000% positive we’re not the only ones. But money makes you greedy and careless. And that’s disgraceful. Especially since my veteran husband had to do his job correctly and efficiently I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed Eric and Nicholas have no qualms with lying thru their teeth (they’re trying to get paid in whichever way possible) If I were you I’d choose a different company. It just makes you sad. Especially after all the hard earned money it cost to pay for “this service”. We should’ve just let the military contract it out. We would’ve got the same kind of garbage to deal with like we’re dealing with now. Shameful

Read More We had a lovely experience with Coastal Moving Services on our last move! I was nervous about hiring movers, but Coastal Moving Services made everything smooth and easy. I scheduled my move with John which was quick and painless and John took the time to explain my options and fully understand our moving needs. Day of the move our team did a fantastic job, they communicated well through the whole process and handled all of our items with care. We had a 3 person team Brendon, Keondre, and Kavon who were all kind and respectful and worked extremely hard during our move! We moved to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator and even on a 95°F humid day, these guys handled it quickly and efficiently with no complaints (and much quicker than we expected!). We were so impressed! We will definitely be hiring Coastal Moving Services again for our next move and will be recommending to all our family and friends.

Josh kept me informed the whole time. Everything you’d expect in movers, they were speedy, sociable, and professional. Would highly recommend them for any move!

From start to finish, they were fast, professional, and incredibly respectful of our belongings. The level of care and teamwork they showed made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. I couldn’t be more impressed and will absolutely be calling them again for our next move this time next year. Highly recommend this crew if you want the job done right!

Read More My dad hired Coastal Moving Services to move his woodworking equipment and house from Idaho to Montana. On the first trip, Andrew and Chris were outstanding! They were clean, polite, hardworking, and efficient. The second trip was Andrew and Taylor. Again, a great crew! Clean, careful, polite, and efficient. I have moved many times both instate and interstate and Coastal Moving Services has been by far the best company I've worked with! I'd give them 6 stars if it were an option.
