Read More I had a great experience with American Dream Relocation! The movers were efficient, careful, and incredibly professional. A special shoutout to Cana, who facilitated the entire process from start to finish. She was always available to answer questions, kept me updated throughout the move, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Thanks to her, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Read More Our move with The Other Side was fantastic. Two days, four trucks, 5 movers day one and four day two they were a tremendous team. They worked hard, made the most of every hour, and were a pleasure to work with. Christian led the team and had great support both days from Chris and Larry. James and Eddy were big contributors on the first day, and Dylan filled their gap the second day. We recommend them in the highest possible terms. They are great workers and even better human beings—working hard to put their lives on a productive trajectory. If you need a high quality move, book them today!!

Read More American dream is a broker. You will pay them a deposit to find movers for you. The movers will arrive and charge you more money. I was quoted $1450. I paid the $450 deposit. Movers came and said it would be an additional $400, totaling $1850 for the move. They also did not arrive on time and tried to come the next day. I finally was able to get in touch with someone and the movers came at 8:30pm. The movers then asked me for a tip! American dream is extremely rude. They called me days before the movers were scheduled and tried to charge me an additional $650. The positive reviews are not real. This was an extremely stressful move. I have not received my belongings yet.

Read More As a former journalist who’s relocated eight times - including an international move - I’m no stranger to the moving process. And yet, I’ve never encountered a more frustrating, opaque, and unsettling experience than with American Dream Relocation. The ordeal started questionable. The disorganization was palpable. One individual who contacted me even ended the call by saying the name of an entirely different moving company. That moment should’ve been my first red flag. Then, they failed to pick up my belongings on the scheduled day and timeframe. We had to reschedule to the following day with unexpected fees. That would’ve been frustrating enough, but things only spiraled from there. As of today (July 21), my furniture and belongings still haven’t been delivered, despite being told it would arrive by July 15. Attempts to get updates have been infuriatingly unsuccessful. American Dream’s customer service office on Friday even admitted they couldn’t contact the dispatcher. I was told I’d receive a callback once they located someone, then nothing. Just radio silence. I called again today - same ordeal. I am told I'll get a call back once they can get in contact with the dispatcher. This isn’t merely inconvenient - it’s absolutely unacceptable. My belongings include essential items I need to live and work, plus valuables I entrusted to this company. The total lack of communication and accountability is alarming, and it’s starting to feel more like a scam than a service. To anyone considering American Dream: proceed with extreme caution. If someone from the company is reading this: Where are my belongings?! Your customers deserve timely updates when you’re holding thousands of dollars’ worth of personal items in your possession.

Read More Every one of the movers was professional, friendly, polite and helpful. They made sure my furniture and belongings were well-prepared to be transported in the truck and to my new place. The movers were flexible and made sure to inform me of any changes or damage that was already done to my furniture. The movers disassembled and assembled my furniture. They explained the entire process from booking their services until the move was completed. The movers completed the job in a timely manner. There were no misunderstandings and no damage to my belongings. This was the best move I ever had. I will be using them again and I recommend this company.

Read More These guys were great! Arrived on time, took excellent care of our furniture by shrink wrapping with blankets and boxes where needed. Protected our floors and walls with blankets and pads. Nothing damaged or broken. Large items like our bed frames were disassembled and reassembled with care. The movers were kind and polite and never stopped working for the whole move which, for a single family home, was a long time. I couldn’t be more thankful for American Dream Relocation

Read More Moving is incredibly stressful, and I'm grateful to have had such amazing movers. I moved on a hot summer day, and the two guys they sent over worker SO hard. They're true professionals who took great care to protect my belongings. They had great communication and took the time to have a virtual walk through to provide an accurate quote which they stuck to. There were no surprises at the end, and the transaction process was simple. Kudos to these young men for their impressive work ethic. 👏 Will absolutely use them again if I need to move.

Read More The entire experience was awesome. The team is polite and professional, taking our brief instructions well, and then executed a perfect move with no need for us to be present. Our move was from Virginia Beach to Glen Allen. They picked up and loaded on Day 1 .. and delivered, and set up on Day 2. Everything was put neatly in the house – even in the basement and rooms were set up flawlessly. They arrived on time and immediately went to work, never stopping until the job was complete – amazing work effort!! They took excellent care with all our belongings and carefully wrapped everything .. and it all arrived in perfect condition. We are delighted with the results. The entire team is super courteous, super hard working, and very personable. Thank you American Dream Relocation, for an outstanding move. You have an outstanding team, led by an amazing team captain and you all provided us with an awesome move experience. Thank you very much!!

They went over the details of my contract and the final bill and made sure I understood the details. Just really, really nice guys; hopefully I can get them again when I move my furniture out of storage. I also have to give a shout out to Lera who kept on track of the move and the informational emails she sent. And so affordable! The best move experience I’ve ever had.

Read More I am so glad that I chose American Dream Relocation for my within state move. From the first communication to the last, they remained true to their word. I had a great team of movers with 4 men on day one and 3 for the delivery. They packed much of my kitchen and all things that I had been unable to get to. The move itself went very smoothly. The team was professional, friendly, and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. I have made many moves over the years, and this was the best moving company I have ever hired. The icing was that the cost came in lower than originally quoted! I would use them again and give them my highest mover recommendation.
