Read More I was initially worried about the size of the truck, but it turns out they use incredibly spacious ones, more than enough for our belongings. On moving day, the crew, led by Beau, exceeded expectations. They were professional, efficient, and thoughtful, setting up protection for doors and floors before moving anything. They carefully wrapped our furniture and handled everything with care. Nothing was damaged, and they even finished two hours ahead of the quoted time! It was such a relief to work with a team that prioritized both efficiency and quality. I would absolutely use their services again

Read More We hired American Dream Relocation to move our belongings from North Carolina to Colorado, and they've lost everything. They picked up items on June 15 and we were expecting delivery sometime around June 25th. And nothing. Prior to ignoring our calls, transferring us from person to person. They now claim they “cannot locate our order”, which means they either have no idea where our shipment is, or they stole our belongings outright. They are unresponsive, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. We provided payment, dates, and clear instructions, and in return, we have no belongings, no updates, and no accountability. The movers were from a completely different company (Noble Moving and Storage) its now clear we may be dealing with a scam operation. If you value your sanity, your money, and your possessions, do not trust this company with a single item you care about. Their “business” practices will leave you stressed, financially harmed, and potentially robbed of your belongings.

Read More A miscommunication between myself and my husband left us without adequate help to pack two households for a cross-country move. Enter these fine folks! I called on a Thursday and we were confirmed for 3 helpers and packing materials for Monday. The three gentleman helped us pack up two households and move the items into our moving truck (I will never challenge X to a game of Tetris!!). They were quick, understanding, and patient when we had an issue with an accidentally packed item that we needed. Two households packed and a 27-foot truck is filled front-to-back and top-to-bottom. Thank you, gentlemen! This move would not be possible without your help!

Read More This is my third time using them; I have the utmost confidence in them. From the initial contact, interview and inventory to the actual move, there was constant communication. On the day of the move, the crew carefully wrapped furniture, marked where the furniture and boxes would go and loaded and unloaded the truck in order of the room and floor. They are so efficient and responsible. I marveled at how carefully they maneuvered the stairs with my sofas and bedroom furniture with no damage to the walls. Thank you, American Dream Relocation for a top notch team!

Read More I wish I could give them 0 stars. This guys call you and tell you the price you want to hear. They ask for an inventory and they do send you a contract with that inventory but then state a small space in cubic feet on a side . A real movers company comes and they tell you they were hired for that small space and then charge you for the extra space you need. Nobody answers the phone once you paid their fee and movers are waiting for an answer. Needless to say that their fee is non refundable...some names here Kevin Garcia, Jenn Garcia....stay away. Rent at Uhaul....

The move date had to be rescheduled 3 times and Shane and Isaac made that so easy for her. If you want an expert move then American Dream Relocation is the only call you need to make!

Read More I regularly help my clients downsize and let go of excess in their lives and from their homes. American Dream Relocation is my go-to moving/hauling company. They are always respectful, on time, and they are true professionals who take care with my client’s homes and belongings. I trust them enough to attach the good name of my company to them, and recommend them without hesitation.

Read More I wish I could give this company a negative star review, but I have to put one to leave one. This company and everyone that works at it is a COMPLETE SCAM! They lied about EVERYTHING! They did the bait and switch on the price, with my estimate going from $5500 to $13,000! They said the truck pulling up at my house would go straight to my new house, but with the actual movers got here they said they never leave the state and they my stuff would be loaded into a semi and reloaded into a smaller truck in the new state. When called to action, they yell at you, speak completely unprofessional and tell you to have your lawyer call their lawyer. Their main goal is just to get the deposit. They don’t care about anything after that and doing have anything to do with your move after that really. They send an actual moving company, who has no clue what you have been told by this SCAM company. And the best part is they will not pick up your calls. Period. After they get your deposit, they just go onto the next victim. The specific people I worked with are Fred, Richard and the all time worst, Jennifer! At least Fred and Richard are polite and respectful when they are lying by to you, Jennifer on the other hand was HORRIBLE and the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. And I run construction projects. NEVER use this BROKER! Just call a local mover and get a real estimate and real movers. These people don’t do anything but work from home to get your deposit!

Read More At first, the customer service from American Dream Relocation is amazing—responsive, friendly, and helpful. But once moving day comes, everything changes. They drastically underquote your move, and once the movers (who are third-party companies they broker the job to) have your belongings loaded, they suddenly increase the price—even though the inventory is exactly what was originally quoted. At that point, you’re left with little choice and feel held hostage to either pay the inflated cost or risk losing your items or delaying the move. It’s a bait-and-switch tactic that feels incredibly deceptive. I do not recommend this company. If you’re considering them, save yourself the stress and go with a service like UPack where you’re in control. Time may be money, but in this case, taking the time to do it yourself will save you a lot of money—and headaches.
