Not only were they a week late in my delivery of my belongings, but I have several damaged items. My expensive couch was not only torn in a couple places, but the pillows and fabric were black with grease and dirt stains. The plastic wrap was not covering my couch and the pillows were not even protected. Late and lack of communication was a common factor. They also took care of my vehicle being transported and that was also a disaster! It was late and delivered at 11:00pm at night!
