Read More From the start, the team of three movers they dispatched was professional, hardworking, and attentive. We were moving a storage unit full of older, fragile furniture and had specific instructions on how we wanted everything wrapped and handled. Not once did the movers show any frustration—instead, they remained professional and carefully followed our requests. I want to highlight Jesse in particular—his exceptional attitude stood out. When asked if he had another move after ours, he responded with, "I hope so, I'm ready to go." His enthusiasm and work ethic were truly impressive. After loading the truck, they arrived at our drop-off location, which had no elevator. Despite this, they carried all the items up with smiles on their faces, never once complaining. I can’t thank these hardworking men enough. I had almost given up on finding this level of dedication and service, but American Dream Relocation proved me wrong. You guys do it right—thank you!

Read More American Dream Relocation team fully moved us long distance from Brooklyn, NY to Virginia in one day! The team was incredibly kind, timely, communicative, accommodating, and efficient and couldn't have given us a better start to this chapter in our new home. They helped us figure out how to wrap and move a lot of cumbersome and clunky items, and fully disassembled and reassembled delicate furniture exactly where we needed it to go. They checked in constantly throughout our move-in and drop-off to make sure they were setting up our new home exactly how we wanted and were so caring and professional. Truly a white glove experience! We've used a few moving companies over the years and couldn't recommend American Dream Relocation more!

Read More I recently moved from Queens to Manhattan and used American Dream Relocation and honestly, the name says it all. From start to finish, the process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. The team arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and handled everything with care. They packed my things so efficiently, and I even had time to sit and enjoy my coffee while they worked!!! I’ve never had such a calm moving day! They were professional, friendly, and so organized. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Moving in NYC can be chaotic, but with American Dream Relocation, it truly felt effortless. Highly recommend them if you’re planning a move worth every penny!!!!

Read More All-around excellent. Courteous. Careful. Cost effective. Early in the setup process, American Dream Relocation came to assess what we would need and about how long it would take. On moving day they took great care to communicate what they were doing while being sure to ask us what we wanted. The movers took great care of our belongings and home while packing quickly and carefully. They were gracious in taking our directions while at the same time professional when overseeing the whole process. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

They were able to puzzle everything into the truck so well that we could have even used a smaller truck! This is the best moving experience we have had and we highly recommend using 2Vets if you need help moving (or just want to make it less stressful!)

The rate was fair and the final price was significantly lower than originally quoted. (This is rare...) Choose American Dream Relocation, you won't be disappointed.

Read More It was not a great experience and caused a lot of stress: They utilised extra boxes by not optimising the space in each. I had to intervene on how they could fit a few more items in the space. They contested the amount that it was totaling up to saying the original quotation was off by 250 sq ft. They charged $380 extra. They did not allow me to inspect the truck And incorrectly even applied the 12% on this amount! Thankfully I spoke to your representative and they agreed to give that amount back. They were slip shod on the packaging and the carrying with the result that my kitchen island, steel trash can, bookshelf, ukelele and clock was damaged. They told me verbally that it will take 4-5 days to reach and after that they need just a 48 hour notice to deliver it to the address I give them. I called on the 16th (my stuff had been picked up on 11th) asking them to deliver it on 18th, but to my surprise they said the truck has been sent to Colorado and hasn't even reached Houston. When I questioned the owner, he was rude, asking me to read the terms which said 10-14 days conveniently forgetting what he had told me over the phone verbally. Then followed a daily call up to customer service, where they kept extending the arrival by 2 days. All this while I was incurring staying charges at a hotel because I could not shift into my new rented house. The issue is that American Dream Relocation is just a middle man. They sub-contract the packing to another vendor and who in turn (re) sub-contracts it to a third party for transporting! And as one can imagine this is a recipe for mix-ups, passing the blame, chance to make more money , delays and contradicting the terms agreed to by previous 'middle-man'.
