Read More We used this moving company and had an amazing experience. Our crew of five guys were absolutely fantastic - they were professional, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They treated all of our belongings with great care and made sure everything was handled safely and efficiently. I’m sorry that I don’t remember all of their names but the man in the red shirt wrapped the majority of our furniture and he is so fast and efficient! He even put our bed together from start to finish when we got to our new place. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. From start to finish, they were courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced. Moving can be so stressful, but they made it feel easy. We actually felt like we could sit back and just watch them do their job. We’re so glad we chose them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Thank you again for such a seamless move!

John provided an in-person estimate and was responsive with all of our questions leading up to move day. The team that moved us, Alejandro, Ruben, Obeth, Francisco, Angel, were top notch! They were professional, organized, and incredibly efficient. They carefully wrapped and boxed our furniture so it would remain protected for the move and while in storage. We were also impressed with their ability to maximize the space in the truck and the storage unit to avoid us having to pay for a second trip. The crew were experienced, worked really hard, and had a great attitude. I highly recommend American Dream Relocation for your moving needs!

Eugene and crew wrapped and protected everything thoroughly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and were incredibly respectful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the crew was genuinely kind. Read More Know up front that they will not be the ones moving you. Once you pay your down payment which is how they make their money, they are out of the picture. When the actual moving company, a local company, they can chance the price on you. My daughter had to pay an extra $900 from the original quote. Even the local company said they see this happen all the time. As a customer you are stuck. Pay the extra or move it yourself. Very shady customer service.

We had great support from all the resources at American Dream Relocation. Special kudos to the packing crew and of course the movers. We used the packing service for breakables, and have much china/crystal/breakables that were meticulously packed and protected. We did not open most of these boxes while renting. We recently finished the 2nd move and having unpacked all these boxes, we had ZERO items broken! Yes this was the expectation, but wanted to send high compliments for this great job!

Rodney, the foreman, kept everything running smoothly and made sure every detail was handled with care. His leadership ensured that the move stayed organized and stress-free. Anthony assured me beforehand that the job would be done on time and with professionalism—and he absolutely delivered on that promise. Read More The crew was led by Jared (hope I got that name right), and he and the team were extremely friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. I was shocked to see how much stuff they fit in a single truck-load... Jared must have played a lot of Tetris as a kid :). These guys really knew how to work! It was a solid day of moving heavy furniture in the heat (like 90 degrees that day) and they stayed positive and upbeat through the entire day. They moved everything to the places we asked without scuffing walls, dirtying floors, or damaging any of our possessions. We had heard a lot of good things about American Dream Relocation from friends that had used them, and they did not disappoint. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing a moving company. Their prices are great, their owner and team are friendly and professional, and these are some strong dudes that don't blink at hard work. Great job, thank you!

Read More Do NOT work with American Dream Relocation- this was the worst moving experience I’ve had. I originally booked with Fred Valitti at American Dream Relocation to coordinate a move from AL to NY. He assured me my belongings would be picked up 6/18 and delivered within 3–5 business days. I was explicitly told that although the movers might give a longer window, “anything I say supersedes the contract,” and that my delivery would arrive no later than Monday, 6/23. I emphasized timing was essential, as I needed my belongings for a new job. I stated clearly that if my items couldn’t arrive in that window, I did not want to make this transaction. On pickup day, the movers from the contracted moving company Unlimited Moving & Storage gave me a delivery window of up to 24 days. I called Fred and he again reassured me and the movers that my belongings would arrive by 6/23. The movers even confirmed that 6/24 would be the latest possible delivery date, and I accepted that. They loaded my belongings and said they were heading straight to NY. I was told I would be updated with their progress (and that I should call them if I haven’t heard from them). Fred also said I would hear from his customer service team. I received no contact at all. By 6/22, I hadn’t received any updates. I contacted the movers and Fred—no response. When I finally reached the movers on 6/23, he told me they were still in Georgia, waiting on “more jobs.” They had barely even left the state (and they were 1 day away from my expected delivery date). I called customer service and Fred again, who said he would get back to me, then ghosted me entirely. At this point, I had been lied to multiple times. On 6/25, I spoke with Richard Pryce, a customer service supervisor, who told me my belongings were inexplicably in a warehouse in Colorado with no scheduled delivery date. I asked for clarification, thinking there must be a mix-up, as Colorado is nowhere near the expected delivery route, and he rudely accused me of “interrogating” him. Meanwhile, my mover texted to say they would deliver on 6/27 between 8am-12pm. At this point, I was so desperate for my stuff, I chose to believe the driver over the chaotic and contradictory customer service. On the morning of expected delivery 6/27, instead of the expected movers (Reshard and Fernando), I got a call from 2 RANDOM movers—saying they would arrive at 6pm, not 12pm (despite confirmation 1 day prior). We rescheduled for the next morning and per their request, they gave me a delivery time of 6am at the latest. They arrived over an hour late. I was upset, but was relieved to see my belongings—until I saw the damage. Damages and Missing Items: • Brand new mattress was ripped • Laundry basket was cracked • Cat tower and lamp were bent in half • Box labeled “fragile” was delivered upside down, with shattered glass • They had written with red sharpie on my pillows • My litter box arrived cracked with missing pieces • They tried to deliver a desk that wasn’t mine, proving they had no reliable tracking or labeling system. • 2 boxes never arrived. The mover admitted to breaking the dinner plates in one of the fragile boxes during a transfer and chose not to load it onto the truck—and never told me until I noticed and asked. These items are STILL missing. On arrival, they didn’t confirm the inventory of 42 boxes they picked up (I counted 40 on delivery and told them this). Upon mentioning that I felt uncomfortable paying the remaining fee (they make you Zelle them on pickup/delivery) for this delivery, knowing that my stuff is late, damaged and missing, they refused to unload my items until I paid. I felt coerced and like my belongings were being held hostage. The labeling system was a joke, and their handling of fragile items was careless. After delivery, I emailed customer service and received no response. I called customer service and contacts I have at both Unlimited Moving & Storage and American Dream Relocation, no reply. I finally made contact and was connected to Anthony Moretti the Operations Manager who promised to call me back with an update- he neither called nor answered my calls. I sent a follow up email 1 week later without response. This service was not what was advertised or what I was promised (which is the timely delivery of ALL my items, in undamaged condition). My delivery occurred 3 weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard from anyone re: my missing boxes. I paid nearly $2,000 for this terrible experience, and received lies, delays, and damage.
