Read More They are everything you want in movers - strong, energetic, and methodical. They handled our belongings with care and were thoughtful in the way they loaded the truck. But what really stood out was their positivity. This move has been especially stressful for us, and perhaps they could sense that, because they both had such pleasant attitudes. Despite the hard labor, the relentless sun, the 90⁰ heat, these dudes were nothing but positive vibes for the entire five hour move. Very impressive.

Everyone in the company was helpful, supportive, considerate and pleasant. And all the people who moved the furniture were exceptional too. First Rate focused upon my needs, and I was their top priority. I could not have had a better experience. I was fortunate to have found them. And I was also pleased with the very reasonable and fair cost of my move!

Read More They also saw us taking looser items into the car because I figured since I was only moving a few blocks, I didn’t wanna pack up every single thing, and they told us they could just shrink wrap those items for us and put it in the truck so we don’t have to! They helped me figure out how to lay out the bedroom furniture too to see which way would be most spacious and seemed genuinely invested in making sure it was good. And then at the end, since it didn’t take the full 3 hours, Roy even asked if I’d need anything else from them since they have extra time. Usually the movers I’ve had in the past would just finish up the move and leave, which I was fine with, but I appreciate them being so kind. I’ll definitely be hiring them again in the future, and I’ll also be recommending them to anyone I meet who’s looking to move.

Read More Honestly, American Dream Relocation completely blew away any and all expectations I had. They handled every single item I had with care. The way everything was packaged was top notch. They even moved my Peloton which I was very anxious about, but the create option they have is well worth it. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything, from the sales rep I worked with to the men who loaded up my items and then dropped off, absolutely amazing. Roadway is the way to go and there is no doubt I’d use them again. I’d give 10 stars if I can. Use Roadway, you won’t be disappointed and more importantly, your items will be in great hands.

Their focus on customer service is off the charts! Their equipment (Uniforms, Truck, Furniture Pads, etc.) are immaculately clean and well organized. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and I personally could not recommend them more highly. When we sold our home recently and needed professionals to move our household across the state of Michigan, there was NO QUESTION whom we would reach out to for help! They worked efficiently to load , transported and unloaded at our home within estimated time. They were polite, friendly and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. They are first class professionals and would do a great job for anyone who needs help in moving.

Read More I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I received a call when they left the warehouse in the morning. They were prompt and courteous the entire time. They communicated the duration as well. The estimation on duration and truck space was off. Not everything could be moved but communication was clear and they prioritized the large and heavy items so that my husband and I will only have to move a few carloads of light misc items. It was a very hot day and they earned their wages and then some. I could not have been happier or more satisfied. Highly recommend.

Read More Having all of our furniture taken away, stored, and brought back after a remodel made an otherwise stressful project so much easier - they took care of everything, including moving everything else back in after the project was complete. Alejandro and Victor moved heavy furniture up our new (narrow) stairs without leaving a single mark, and were great to work with throughout the process. Doing it myself would have taken a whole week and almost certainly would have left plenty of dents in the wall. Amazing work all around, highly recommended.

Read More I can’t recommend American Dream Relocation enough!! From my first call to Drew he was professional, supportive and answered all of my questions. I moved from Lexington KY to Georgia. The packers/loaders on both ends of the move were very hard working and efficient. Also, they were professional and respectful. My moving experience was uneventful and so much easier then expected due to American Dream Relocation!!! Five stars and a big thank you to everyone!!
