Read More Awesome experience with these guys, I would absolutely recommend to anyone. They showed up on time, were quick, professional, and very friendly, which helped put me at ease on a hectic moving day. They moved quickly and efficiently, moving heavy furniture out of a second story apartment with no elevator. They wrapped whatever needed to be wrapped and had great attention to detail - pointing out that a cabinet was missing 2 screws, which I knew bc I'd removed the pieces before. They also set everything up great at my new place. (Shout out to the crew member who laid out my bed skirt under the mattress perfectly straight!) I was surprised at how quickly they were finished. No complaints!

Read More If I could rate American Dream relocation a 0, I would! Before booking my cross country move, they called me multiple times a day trying to get my business. After I experienced the move from hell, I called and emailed them several times and I have yet to receive a call back. The company they contracted for my move was unprofessional, attempted to charge me for every single thing, failed to put my furniture back together, and left holes in my wall! The worst part of it all is they did not have a professional moving crew. They hired people off Craig’s list the same day!! I am livid that this company would place my family’s safety at risk by hiring random people and bringing them to my home! Please stay far away from this company!!!!

Bryce was great as well with communication. We had a fantastic experience with American Dream Relocation, thanks to our movers Chase, Reid, and Raekwon. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our time and belongings. They worked seamlessly as a team—carefully handling everything, moving quickly without sacrificing quality, and making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Each of them had a great attitude and brought positive energy to what could have been a hectic day. Read More This is my third move with American Dream Relocation in the past 18 months. They have the friendliest crews. Each crew has also been incredibly careful with all our furniture and valuables and they also go to great lengths to protect the house so as not to a scratch walls and floors. American Dream Relocation does a great job recruiting and training their team members, because all 3 crews we have worked with have been delightful and professional!

Read More We had a great experience with American Dream Relocation and would highly recommend them. They were professional and took great care of our furniture. They were very careful to place the furniture in the right spot and not bumping the walls. They carefully wrapped each item prior to moving. They were personable and answered any questions we had. Ray and Jacob make a great team! They backed the delivery truck into a spot others avoided and made our move much easier!

Read More I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing this company for all your relocating needs! I was hesitant about this company due to needing to move immediately for emergency and health reasons, and my past dealings with other moving companies have been horrible and unreliable. I didn’t have room for rescheduling, heck might as well say, “No room for error”! Due to the reasons above, I was unable to move much. These guys were extremely helpful, professional, and understanding! I needed as many hands as possible with limited funds and could only afford two people. It just so happens that another guy was training and I never could tell! Everyone: David, Jordan, EJ were super efficient, communicated very well along the way, and I was very impressed with the overall services! I really want to say more about this company, but in reality, I need to get settled in my new location and rest immediately. 💯 Highly recommend!

Read More They are brokers and will not touch your furniture after they take your money and way underestimate the cubic footage needed for your move. Most of us, not knowing about cubic footage look mainly to assure they have listed everything that needs to be moved. They do but the movers only pick up about 20% of it before demanding thousands more before they finish. They would not put my calls through past the gatekeeper. Refused to acknowledge it was clearly their error and did not take any of my calls or emails following. It was truly a scam between them and the movers who were United Express Relocations, LLC. The movers, destroyed my furniture, went through my boxes and retaped with their tape (so many pictures to prove this), many items are missing (entire boxes) . They also will not take any of my calls. AVOID THESE BROKERS AT ALL COSTS!!!! THE $2999 MOVE ENDED UP BEING OVER $6000. I HAD TO RENT A 15' FOOT TRUCK AND 26" TRUCK TO MOVE MYSELF. That is how much they did not take that they were contracted to take.

Arrived on time - thoughtful prep and positioning of the truck very organized with unloading equipment and supplies - was met with a courteous and respectful greeting, briefly discussed strategy & tended to paperwork & immediately began the process. Isaac and Ethan were constant and steady, wasting no time loading - they made their job look smooth and effortless! Noah made use of every cubic inch in the truck insuring - everything was packed safe & secure. Very conscientious of potential issues during the loading process & was pro-active in generating a resolution without skipping a beat. This was a move that was a long time coming - the dreaded off-loading of a 10X30 storage unit and moving it long distance. I appreciated Derek from the local branch patiently working out the details and working with me to arrive at the numbers I needed to make this happen!

Rhett, Eli, Hayden, and Cam were all professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. They took great care with my belongings and helped me rearrange at my new place as needed as well. Matt and Jake that I spoke with over the phone were also super kind and helpful. Would definitely use moving services through this company again in the future. Highly recommend!
