Read More We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the execution of our domestic move. What we appreciated most was how responsive and accessible our moving coordinator, Andrew, was. He gave us constant updates and made sure we were in the loop the whole time. To top it off, he also ensured that his moving team worked responsibly and delivered everything on time. Read More I cannot say enough good things about United Express Moving & Storage. I hired their movers on short notice and their staff didn’t hesitate to accommodate my request. On moving day, the crew arrived at time and immediately began working. They had all my valuables packed in less than a day and delivered them in great condition to my apartment in TX too. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!

They had the necessary tools (dollies and trailers) to move heavy office furniture and ensured that our computers and servers were packed securely. The move was completed within 4 days, and everything was delivered in impeccable condition. Great job!

Read More Proceed with this company at own risk. I’m a disabled veteran. I don’t make very much money but when I put in my number for some Moving quotes, this company called me. I had already arranged for a U-Haul because I didn’t think I could afford movers the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and promised me the world, I gave him a very accurate description of what I had and he quoted me a little over 2000 somebody called me the day before I was scheduled to move and quoted me about 2000 more dollars after I had told him I should probably cancel because I can’t afford this! and if it costs more when the movers show up I will have to cancel. the first person on the phone told me I could get my money back because they wouldn’t want a bad Review. Moving day movers showed up said it would cost $10,000! That the broker company did not include the packing of the mirrors, the televisions and other items which were clearly in the quoted sheet! The price for just the stuff they quoted me probably would’ve been around $7000 plus an extra three for extra stuff and they would not be able to move the trailer that I was also told would be moved. When I called, I could not get a hold of anyone because it was Sunday. I had to cancel and of course I called Monday morning to get my money back to hear them say very rudely that I was SOL. Proceed with this company very carefully. I’m so disappointed that I’m literally in contact with the news agency who will probably pick up the story! You guys messed up! I really hope that 2100$ was worth it to you! Because it meant a lot to me and your employees knew it because I expressed it the entire time.

They also helped me pack up my kitchen utensils. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and work ethic. Andrew deserves a special shout-out from me.

They even helped me pack up my kitchen stuff and neatly wrapped up all my dishes in paper and bubble wrap. They were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and giving me some tips on how to unpack. I’m so glad I hired them - they made my move so much easier and stress-free.
