Read More I would give 0 stars if possible. I was told “half truths” from the first conversation on to the last call (#4). They are brokers, not as Jason stated the #3 moving van. And from that point, it was a game. Make sure to ask every question in the book about your move. No upfront information is provided. Customer service is a joke. They read from a script and unless you ask specific questions, no additional information is provided. They will tack on charges along the way. Blame the actual trucking company. And not provide any assistance after that initial deposit. So good luck if you choose to use this farce of a service. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t do it again. But hey, that’s just me. If you go this route, I’d suggest that you plan on additional charges down the road.

They arranged the truck so that it would be easy to unload at every stop. It was a single trip that made it all come together, and no item was lost. We are extremely pleased with it!
