Read More When I booked United Express Moving & Storage, I was immediately impressed by their customer service. The representatives I spoke with on the phone were polite, offered a transparent quote, and suggested ways I could save money by prepping some items myself. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and got right to work. They had all the tools needed to dismantle my bed frame, and they wrapped my mirrors carefully to avoid cracks. By the end of the day, my stuff was safely in my new home, and nothing was missing or damaged. Thumbs up!

The buddies who arrived were speedy yet careful, treating my boxes better than my friends ever did! They used ramps and straps to load heavy appliances like my fridge. Plus, they positioned everything in the truck to minimize potential shifting during the drive. Unloading was even faster. Now I see why people say professional movers are worth it.

Read More DON'T USE UNITED EXPRESS!!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with United Express Moving and Storage, Florida. They charged me $1,000 upfront and didn’t do anything they promised! They left my belongings stranded, and when I tried to contact them, their customer service was non-existent and incredibly rude. It’s clear this company has no integrity or professionalism. I feel completely scammed and regret ever trusting them with my move. Avoid this company at all costs—they are nothing but frauds. They will take your money and leave you in a worse situation than you started! On top of that, they closed my access to my contract through their website, leaving me completely in the dark with no way to resolve the issue.
