Read More What a nightmare!! No communication. No idea where our things are 60 days after pickup. Just a brutally bad experience. Looks like quite a few bit/employee reviews on here because there’s no way these people could get 4.7 stars.

Read More Worst decision ever to go with Safe Ship. My husband is a veteran and we always try and support Veteran owned businesses. 2 days before our move they told me I needed a bigger truck and increased the price 5k. I had reduced what I originally said during the quote phase. The sub contractor All Moving Relocation were friendly. A lot of miscommunication between them and Safe Ship. The lead did his own review gave himself 5 stars and wanted me to put my name to it. I refused. I did a review and he changed it and the stars. I changed it back and he told me he had to approve the review before I sent it. I paid the price with broken furniture, broken dishes, bent up outdoor table, broken BBQ, broken freezer just to name a few I paid 30k for a cross country move only to have so many broken items. Oh and I was told I would get someone with knowledge of packing peloton bikes and treads. Instead the people watched You Tube videos trying to figure out how to do it and both pick and delivery. Unfortunately I don’t know if the pick crew did the damage or not, just that it happened.

Read More 1.Star Review Stay away from Safe Ship. The entire process felt misleading from start to finish. They quoted one price, then before pickup they called for a so-called “quality assurance” review and acted like inventory specialists, only for the cost to suddenly increase. By then, you’re already worried about losing your deposit if you cancel. The carrier they assigned to my move was We Haul Moving Services, and the experience only got worse from there. Communication was poor, pricing changed unexpectedly, and I felt pressured throughout the process. Instead of transparency, it felt like I was being pushed into accepting higher charges at the last minute. I would never use Safe Ship again and would strongly recommend that anyone considering them read the cancellation policy very carefully before paying a deposit. One of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had.

Read More Ivan and his crew with Continental Van Lines were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, courteous, and delivered everything safely and ahead of schedule. They deserve tremendous credit and made what is normally a stressful experience go very smoothly. Job very well done! My only feedback concerns communication from SafeShip's corporate office. I paid for the upgraded 48-hour pickup window and, at several points before pickup and delivery, found myself having to proactively track down information and clarify details. And, I get it, this is an extremely busy season for moving. One particularly stressful moment occurred when I was told my move was nearly cancelled because I had not confirmed a time window, despite never having been informed that confirmation was required. Everything ultimately worked out, thanks largely to the professionalism of the moving crew, and all of my belongings arrived in great condition. I simply hope SafeShip invests in clearer and more proactive communication—or even a standard communication script/template—because the amazing quality of the movers deserves to be matched by the quality of the customer experience and parent company.

Would 100% recommend!
