Read More The experience started off well enough with a rep named Brendan. Courteous and professional. However, I later found out that he didn't enter everything I told him and when I spoke to the next rep, Eric within days of the move, the rate almost doubled. Eric was totally unprofessional and a smart ass. We decided tomove another way, forfeiting the deposit of $900+. I should have read the reviews first as they seem to do a lot of the "used car salesman" bait and switch. Avoid the stress, headaches of dealing with this company.

Read More So far as moving experiences go, this went as well as one could ever hope for. The communication before the move was perfect. They said they would be at my place between 8:00-9:00 a.m. and they arrived at 8:30 - with a 20-minute heads up. They arrived, took at look, asked a few questions, reviewed the fees with me, and then got the job done. I can't think of anything that could have made their service any better than it was.

They called me and I was looking for a quote didn’t want to settle anything quite yet. I’d like to see my options. I got on the phone with the guy he’s asking me normal questions. Everything‘s going fine and then OK. Thank you so much. Appreciate your time. I’ll get back to you on my options and then the guy starts full on questioning me on what I looking for and I was like not looking for anything besides a quote. I just like to have a view of all my options before I make one decision, and so he’s sitting there arguing with me saying that I’m avoiding the question and then keeps calling me babe which is so unprofessional in itself. Continues with me as I just try to calmly say I’m just looking for my options and then he ends up hanging up literally so unprofessional. Unfortunately I will never be using this company.

Read More This is not an honest company. Do not trust them. They are a broker, not a mover. They will give you a low quote and ask for a deposit. Then when it’s time to move, they double or even triple the cost of the move. I ended up canceling my move with them because they were so shady and untrustworthy. Go directly to a verified mover (not a broker) and get a firm quote in writing. Safe ship even deleted their original low quote from the emails they sent me so that I could not refer back to them after they raised the price. I can not emphasize this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
