They were completely awful!

This is a very untrustworthy company! The original estimate was $1312 for a small move. When the movers arrived 8 hours after the scheduled time without notifying me, the ... Read More This is a very untrustworthy company! The original estimate was $1312 for a small move. When the movers arrived 8 hours after the scheduled time without notifying me, the cost was increased to $3340. Their reasons for the upcharge kept changing. "Well. you didn't tell us there was a curio cabinet." (It was on page 9). "Well, you didn't pay for packing materials." (It was on page 1). "Well, you didn't pay for the boxes and labor." (Also on Page 9 under "Packing Materials and Labor.") "Well, the movers didn't know there would be packing involved." (You mean that fact that I purchased boxes, packing materials, and labor was not a good indication). Well, the movers increased your one room job to 450 cf. (When the items arrived, I measured them myself and it totaled well under 100 cf) Finally, the company offered me a $50 "Inconvenience fee", if I didn't leave a negative review. (Keep your money, it's worth letting others know about your practices)

Read More The sales rep who helped me, Leroy deserves a raise. He was honest, thorough, funny and extremely communicative from start to finish. Moving is a pain and it’s not easy trusting someone with all of your worldly possessions but thankfully I found Leroy and the Move Safe team and now I’m loving my new life Florida.

Read More I ended up having to pay double the original quote. They hold your furniture hostage until they get the final deposit IN CASH. They broke my washer and my Smart TV. They left boxes and trash on my driveway when they left. Pictures of my son were scattered in the street. Driver had alcohol on his breath. And now no one answers the phone when I call. Total SCAM.

Read More MOVE SAFE RELOCATION IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. LYING, CHEATING, UNRELIABLE. I WON'T BE TALKING TO THEM EVER AGAIN. I hired them to pick up my stuff on Aug. 19, they made excuses & I had to convince them to come on the 20th. They came late & with plenty of excuses. We made an agreement before giving them the money, that I can call the company to track the truck until they drop the boxes, they gave more excuses how they can't track the truck. I convinced them "You have my truck, I have a Right to know where my stuff is." After a 20 minute wait on the ohone, they finally gave in & told me. My stuff was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 24, they dropped my stuff on Sept. 7th. After a torturous TWELVE DAYS of lack of sleep, wanting to throw up, being depressed about where my stuff was, they dropped my stuff & told me, "Pay us first or we won't deliver it." Having worked & cooperatied with many companies & organizations in my life, this was the worst company ever. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS AT ALL! Pictures are of the dirty moving company they use.

Read More I do not recommend using this company if you have a big move like we had. If I could give a negative star I would. When we called for a quote, we were told if we booked today we get so much off. That's how they rope you in. They quoted us way lower than the actual cost. The moving company that picked up or stuff was Sala Moving and Storage out of New Jersey. They kept moving the pick up date, then they were 6 hours late. They loaded into a penske truck that had another customers stuff in it. We asked if our stuff would be moved out to get to the other clients stuff and he said no. It took 12 days for our stuff to arrive. They called and said they would be there between 6pm and 9pm. They arrived around 5pm and the truck was not the same truck they loaded our stuff into. For the final payment, he gave us a different zelle account than the one we sent money to pay at pick up. Our bank put the payment on hold due to fraud suspicion. They would not give us our stuff until they had payment. Luckily, we were able to block the zelle payment, and then paid in cash. When they opened the truck I saw damaged boxes. There was a small tub broken that had barbies and barbie accessories in it that was broken and toy pieces scattered on the floor of the truck. The fridge was scratched up and dent, looked almost brand new prior. The patio furniture scratched up and damaged. Of course, prior to them packing the truck, you have to sign a contract that states their moving company is not liable for damages. They also tried to give us stuff from the other clients items that was in the truck. After they were finished unpacking, the mover asked for a tip. We told him we were not happy with their services. Everything about this was awful. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. You would be MUCH better off renting a uhaul and moving it yourself. And it probably would be cheaper.

Read More Crew from MoveSafe Relocation were meticulously professional, tremendously efficient, and completely no fuss, at a very reasonable rate! You're just charged entrenched on how long it takes for them to move and they do not squander any time. No nonsense about being charged fee for stuff you didn't tell them about, just a non-nonsense and cause hourly rate. The employees was very eager to please and professional all over the moving process from Show Low, AZ to Nashville, TN . Really recommend!
