Andrew was really was friendly throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to make sure my move was as stress-free as possible, even helping with some last-minute packing. They finished ahead of schedule and stayed within budget. Definitely the best moving experience I’ve had.

Read More This was the worst experience of my life, precisely when I was at the beginning of my first pregnancy, which was a very delicate moment for us. We hired United Express to move us from Iowa to California; I researched the company on Google and saw several positive reviews. The initial service was ok, despite the pressure to sign the contract at the same day. What the attendant Carl didn't tell me: the company doesn't have its own trucks and it's not their employees who actually carry out the moves (so it's easier for no one to be held responsible if something is damaged); in addition, they didn't tell me that EVERY item that wasn't listed in the estimated agreement could have an absurd increase. And I only found this out 3 days before the move date, when the new estimated value was TRIPLE the amount initially agreed. In addition, the attendant was so rude to my husband that he immediately assumed it was a scam (because he refused to pay more than the locked inicial amount). We tried to insist, but there were several inconsistencies, such as the wrong address, poor communication and they simply didn't tell us when and what time they would pick up (even one day before the agreed date). We had a deadline to move, and after researching the reviews more carefully, I realized that all the positive reviews were from robots, and that scrolling down the feed there were SEVERAL comments from people with the same negative experiences we were having, some even worse. We ended up realizing that it wasn't worth continuing to try to get a service from this company (which, btw, shouldn't even have a license to operate); we preferred to lose the initial deposit and handle the entire moving process on our own. It was extremely stressful and we suffered a huge financial loss, so NEVER hire this company, they are a BIG SCAM!! The universe will take care of their consequences for prejudices so many people!
