I called Menards and spoke to David, who asked me to send photos. He said he would only match me with movers who have experience with antiques. The guys who came brought felt pads and custom blankets. I am so grateful.

The communication was great throughout the morning. They even arrived ten minutes early, which helped me stay on schedule. I didn't find any damage when unpacking the electronics later that night. I had my daughter on hold while I was speaking to them yesterday I did ask Terry to give me a call back so I can finish the call with my daughter. Till then they called me back and then she transferred me over to someone by the name of Lenny. I told him I called him back. I'm still trying to get some price quotes. He wasn't too happy on the situation that I was calling him back. Then he called me this morning in the middle of me trying to get my crap together so I can pack. I told him I called him back. He told me don't bother. I told him I won't bother then. That's real professional. Glad I found out now then moved out with them and then have gotten screwed down the road by them. "Update the owner called and apologized, that goes a long way and I truly appreciate that. I'm am now working with someone else in the company. Owner was very nice and professional!

I found them online and called. The person I spoke to was very nice and said he would match her with movers who do small jobs. Two guys showed up at her building and had everything upstairs in forty-five minutes. She texted me a picture of her couch and said, " Mom, look, they even fluffed the pillows. It was worth every penny.
