Read More Couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle our tech lab relocation. The movers packed monitors, cables, and testing units carefully, keeping all parts sorted by section. The team made sure each item was secured before transport and placed them in order at the new site. The setup went smoothly, and the equipment worked right away.

Read More Nothing happened as promised by Howards Van Line: - Lure you with lower quote and leave it to the hands of random moving company to charge arm and leg at the last minute as you don't have choice. - Promised it was their own truck but it was an outsourced mover who showed. Didn't confirm the pick up time/date until the last day. - Two movers with one truck was promised but only one showed up to load and unload. Took entire day to load and day to unload. - Mover charged for bulk loading for boxes that were less than 25 lbs. At booking, representative mentioned that motorcycles will be considered as bulk items. - It was dedicated truck to move but received items of other people and missed our items. The mover asked us to discard other people stuff without even attempting to retrieve and deliver. THIS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. - Mover quoted "you need to fight with Howards Van Line customer service to get your money back" and "he wouldn't use this company for his own move". - Fishy moving company with multiple company names operating it (Logistics Moving Services, Blue Diamond etc.). - Movers didn't acknowledge some of the discounts offered by Howards Van Line and upon enquiring at Howards Van Line customer service, the response was it's your choice not to move and pay $5000 to unload the truck. - No timely updates were provided. Movers arrived late to pick up and delivered a week late than promised. Mover claimed that the truck broke but surprised to see other people stuff when delivered. Original estimate was $2999.20 but ended up paying $11,500 (arms and legs)

My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didn't respond to me on time.

Read More Last month I had a small move across state. The movers from Howards Van Line kept things on track and followed every instruction I gave. During the move, the team stayed focused with no waiting around and confusion about how to handle my items. Each item arrived the same way it left. The price stayed fair, and the whole job took less time than I thought. I’d tell anyone moving locally to give these guys a try.

Read More Was giving an estimate for 3100$ like always I had more stuff than I thought ..so I called with new info about number of boxes etc ..was giving a new price of 6000$ thought it was a little high because I only added on 25 boxes but I agreed ..when I looked closely to the estimate it was for 140 boxes ..I only have 65 boxes ..so I thought when movers came it would be a little cheaper ..but to my surprise the movers said I didn’t pay for enough space..so I needed to pay more for a total of close to 10000$ …I have 75 less boxes than they estimated for ..either the person giving estimate doesn’t know how to do their job or the movers don’t …if I could give them 0 stars I would …oh & it was a Sunday so the 5 different phone numbers I had ..no one answered even tho I was giving the customer service number on Saturday night & told to call on the day of my move which was the next day ..on a Sunday ..no one to talk to ..I told the movers to leave ..I know I will lose half of my deposit but after them scamming me with a decent price then going up to 10000 with less things to move than what was estimated..I figured I better stop now ..If they are that bad, I given estimates what in the world are they gonna do with my furniture.. I decided to rent a truck do it for myself for a whole lot less even after losing the money for the deposit is still cheaper than the 10,000
