Read More Went in for extractions. When I arrive rhe dentist sees the xrays and advises he cannot do it because it is impacted. I'm sorry but your office took the xrays, why weren't they reviewed before my appt and advised before losing my day off having to find an oral surgeon to take me when I'm in pain. Had they reviewed it and told me last week I would have been able to have made appt with an oral surgeon than wasting my day with no help or relief!

I looked for someone finally i say a lady in the office she said she was the director of eastern dentist. This is not professional at all. You worker are not to with each other. Please be professional thin about your patients well being not your self's. This is what I have to say. Rally your troops well.

When they finally arrived, they looked unprepared—no uniforms, no proper equipment—and it felt like they had been thrown together last minute. The foreman barely spoke to me and started rushing his crew to pack things up without checking what needed extra care.
