I hired Brandon and his team at Small Moves LLC for four separate moves within nine months, and they exceeded my expectations every single time.
They consistently showed up within the scheduled window, came fully prepared, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Brandon is personable, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. His attention to detail is outstanding, and it shows in how carefully everything is handled.
What truly stood out to me was the level of care and respect they bring to their work. During our fourth move, Brandon even took the time to sit down and talk with us like family, which meant a lot during what can be a stressful process.
That fourth move was especially challenging—relocating from a third-floor apartment with no elevator. Despite tight hallways, sharp turns, and three flights of stairs, the team handled everything flawlessly. Not a single scuff on the walls or any damage to my furniture.
Communication was clear from booking through completion, and the final cost always matched the estimate—no surprises.
I would absolutely hire Small Moves LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring moving company.
