Read More Very shady company. They gave me a low quote to lock in our business then tripled the cost after they picked up our things. The team unloading our stuff was so slow and didn't assemble anything. Lots of furniture was damaged and they tried to charge us even more by misrepresenting how much volume we used in the truck. Our things took about a week longer than expected to be delivered.

Read More If you need or want to hire your own movers, DO NOT use Ryder Relocation or primulin moving. ( they contract together ) They quoted us one price and it was for the smallest size of each item ( which we weren’t told until after the movers left the house with our things ) we had in our house, got to our house and told us it would be another 3K to take the rest of our items with them and we couldn’t afford it nor could they do anything about the fact that they quoted us wrong which had us leaving literally half our house on the curb for bulk day and taking the U-Haul we could afford cross country. Fast forward to today and the movers got here again with half our things…conveniently forgot weight loss tickets we requested and this time they lost or gave to customers before us accidentally. All of which were very expensive ( and probably broken ) smoker, dresser with all my husbands clothes, part of our couch, half a trampoline, boxes of kids clothes, Air Force mementos, half a box spring, coffee table.. Exc Update 7/5 It’s been a week and no one’s answered the phone Hopefully this helps someone.

Read More Well, seems I found the reviews a few thousand dollars too late….. Got a good quote, made a deposit, a week later, there was an update to our quote, another $1000 was needed, then day before the scheduled pick up, they(Ryder relocations) said they never agreed to the pick up schedule….. They laughed and stated “that will never happen” when we asked for a refund….. Avoid this company….. I wish we had….
