These people, like the reviews said, are liars...they quoted me one price and then upon arrival of the movers charged me 3x's the amount of what the original quote was. I ... Read More These people, like the reviews said, are liars...they quoted me one price and then upon arrival of the movers charged me 3x's the amount of what the original quote was. I had already paid the $3000. If i didnt continue with the move i would lose the money (they said it was a deposit). Upon arrival they told me that i had a full truck thats why the extra cost. The truck was only half full. They slamed the door down as i was trying to take pictures, and wouldnt pull the door up for me to finish the pictures. That truck was not even half full. The foreman got into a heated discussion with my friend about religion ( she is a catholic Christian and he was a Muslim) my only satisfaction was she really frustrated him with her answers and questions that he couldnt give her an answer for. Also when looking at the bill of lading it was wrong. These people know how to scam as they would only take cash, venmo, or a postal money order. I tried to give them a bank money order or personal check but refused and wouldnt unload my things until i paid them the balance due. These people are scammers they drained me of all my savings for this move and i am really mad at myself for not investgating them more. I did call ryder trucks head quarters as i really thought that i was dealing with ryder rental trucks and informed them that i felt they were leading people to believe they were working with Ryder rental trucks instead of this fake company that likes to scam them. I did learn that ryder relocations co. is a broker they charged me a $3000 fee to find me this small time sub contractor who then carges me an exorbinate price to move me. I would really like to do a class action suit against them for misleading me. I am hoping anyone who has had this same experience or knows of anyone who has had this experience and would like to start a class action suit to contact me via e mail LABLADY55@GMAIL.COM LETS PUT THESE GUYS OUTTA BUISNESS

Read More Very shady company. They gave me a low quote to lock in our business then tripled the cost after they picked up our things. The team unloading our stuff was so slow and didn't assemble anything. Lots of furniture was damaged and they tried to charge us even more by misrepresenting how much volume we used in the truck. Our things took about a week longer than expected to be delivered.

Read More If you need or want to hire your own movers, DO NOT use Ryder Relocation or primulin moving. ( they contract together ) They quoted us one price and it was for the smallest size of each item ( which we weren’t told until after the movers left the house with our things ) we had in our house, got to our house and told us it would be another 3K to take the rest of our items with them and we couldn’t afford it nor could they do anything about the fact that they quoted us wrong which had us leaving literally half our house on the curb for bulk day and taking the U-Haul we could afford cross country. Fast forward to today and the movers got here again with half our things…conveniently forgot weight loss tickets we requested and this time they lost or gave to customers before us accidentally. All of which were very expensive ( and probably broken ) smoker, dresser with all my husbands clothes, part of our couch, half a trampoline, boxes of kids clothes, Air Force mementos, half a box spring, coffee table.. Exc Update 7/5 It’s been a week and no one’s answered the phone Hopefully this helps someone.
