My experience with Goodview Moving and Storage has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid this company to move my possessions. Instead, I dealt with **unexpected upcharges, an approximately one-month delay, another increased delivery charge, and ultimately received only about one-third of my belongings.** Yes — **after taking possession of my property and keeping it for roughly a month, they delivered only a fraction of what I was expecting.** I immediately disputed the charges with my credit card company because I felt I had no other way to get their attention. Rather than simply resolving the situation and making sure I received the rest of my belongings, I have been threatened with legal action. That is unbelievable to me. **I am still missing the majority of my possessions, yet I am the one being threatened.** Moving is stressful enough without having to chase down a company for belongings that were entrusted to them in the first place. The frustration, helplessness, and anger this experience has caused me are beyond words. **I deeply regret using Goodview Moving and Storage.** If you are considering this company, **STOP and do your homework before handing them your possessions.** Get every price, promise, delivery date, and condition in writing. Based on my experience, **I would never use Goodview again and cannot recommend them to anyone.** **One star is generous.**
