They made sure to wrap my furniture and delicate items securely, so nothing was damaged during the move. The crew was polite, professional, and very friendly, which made the experience much less stressful. They also made sure everything was placed exactly .

Read More I’ve moved quite a few times with several movers and this was by far the best experience. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was packed securely. Nothing was damaged, and they were super easy to communicate with. I’m so happy .

Read More I highly recommend you don’t do business with OM VanLines moving company. For one they lie about there quote it went from 2.200 when loaded and ready to go I got hit with a bill of 3.555.08 not to mention my motorcycle was damaged after I specifically told the movers not to place any items on top of it. Upon delivery there was multiple items on top of it. Wires that control temperature from my Refrigerator door along with water and ice hoes cut instead of disconnected. To short to repair. I tried to make a claim but they make it impossible to do so. A total in damages 2,530 dollars . Insurance requires a receipt for what’s damaged and also I was told my delivery would be there on Friday didn’t get there till Monday. Never again lesson learned

Read More I recommend this company, they were nothing but fantastic I have moved many times (over 10 times in the last 4 years) and this is now my go to mover. knowing how the industry works after moving so often makes things easy, and they are more than up to par and great I always see people complain about all moving companies changing their prices. If you have not moved before you may not understand, but once you move you can see how it all works, most of the movers will all work the same , but the ones that go the extra mile, are kind, accommodating and provide great service are the go to's, like OM. yes the price can change, its an estimate and if you do not give all the pieces you have to move, its not an accurate bill, but if you do, you should be very close. honestly moving long distance is not cheap, prices can change within 1-1000$ but that in my personal experience is still a close bill to final sale,its just how it is. so if you tell them all your pieces, you should be very close. om did a great job, so friendly and nice and even answer after 8pm. I had no damages ( I know how to pack for long distance now) and I had a very fair price, my estimate differed of $300 only and I was more than pleased. Charley and Michelle were awesome and my crew of Manny, Santos and Ryan were fantastic. do your research before hiring any company on how moves operate so you understand what you are getting into, because they are pretty much all the same, you just want one that has customer service too and is accommodating, obviously some will be more expensive than others. and DO NOT get a subcontractor agent or brokerage, did that my first 2 moves...nightmare. om moved me start to finish, in 3 days and it was a great experience. so many people love to rip on companies but I wanted to share my positive feelings towards them. they know what they're doing and are able to tell you point blank ahead of time the exact process and measures and stick to their promises.

Read More we were happy with the move, but our price changed a little bit. we reserved with another company, SS Van Lines, find out the day before the move that they were not movers, but brokers and had sold our move to OM Van Lines to move us. It was a bit a frustrating, as we had asked this other company SS, a few times if they were brokers or subcontractors and they told us no, so we are not happy or pleased with the other company. I will say OM did a good job though. the broker SS Van Lines had left off many items that we repeatedly told them. The crew and ladies in the office were very nice and explained everything to us, and they gave us a discount and some free packing do the price was not far off, but we were disappointed with our move experience, we would have preferred to reserve with om directly, we are happy with their service but I would recommend they do not do the jobs for this broker because this broker lies and made things stressful. I would hire OM directly though, they were a good company and it was a nice service they gave us and really helped out with the cost.

Read More Just want to say thank you thank you thank you! Charlie, Vargas, Michelle & Mo's team, you are super appreciated. Had an emergency situation and you really saved me I video chatted, had my proposal and was moved the next day we really appreciate you getting us in so last minute and the great service. Our price changed a little since we decided to bring our patio set, we totally forgot about it and were not sure we were going to take it. Mo told us the price for it and it was still very fair. they put blankets on all our stuff and did not even charge us for this, thank you girls for always answering my 1 million phone calls! they moved my brother last year and i decided to call as we had an emergency, they were so great. They will be moving my daughter to college before the holidays. thank you vargas, charlie and michelle for everything, top notch customer service here, 10 times better experience than when we moved years ago with united and 10 times better cost for the service.

Very impressed. You guys should also try these movers if you want to be relaxed.
