Read More I am filing this complaint regarding the poor moving experience my wife and I endured with OM Van Lines. We chose your company based on your professional image and detailed quote of $3,930, trusting it to be fair and accurate. I am a Veteran currently working overseas, so much of the move was handled by my wife. From the start, OM Van Lines failed to meet basic expectations. Pickup Delays & Unprofessional Conduct The movers were scheduled to arrive between 11:00 AM–2:00 PM but arrived at 3:30 PM, then sat in the truck another 30 minutes without explanation. The driver, exhausted from another move, eventually assessed our home and confirmed the original quote was accurate. However, when two inexperienced helpers finally arrived at 4:30 PM, the driver suddenly claimed we exceeded the estimated square footage and raised the cost by nearly $3,000. When my wife questioned this, the driver was disrespectful and even asked for tips for the untrained helpers. Attempts to escalate the issue failed as the driver claimed the office was closed, and the so-called “manager” offered no solutions. Misleading Advertising Your website promises experienced professionals, reliable service, and accurate quotes—none of which we received. Delivery Issues & Damages Only two movers arrived for delivery. They lacked organization, causing confusion and damage, including: • A broken dining room chair and coffee table • Missing nuts and bolts for several furniture pieces • Scuff marks on new flooring from dragging heavy items They even left packing debris behind, despite this being a paid service. This experience was not just financially damaging—it caused unnecessary stress to my wife and family. OM Van Lines failed to deliver professionalism, integrity, or respect

I am calling OM Van Lines everytime a move is necessary.

Highly recommended them for any type of move.

Read More Wilson and Santos helped us out in baltimore and were by far the best movers I’ve ever seen in my LIFE! They came in and knocked out an entire apts worth in 2 hours and didn’t break a sweat! They were friendly considerate and extremely careful. They have so much experience apparently and deserve a raise. These guys are what workers look like!!!!

Read More Because of these movers I was able to move my office space, cubicles and all. They checked out my space and quoted me a very fair price with insurance. The communication before my move day was very attentive. On my move day, they showed up a little later than I expected but they exceeded my expectations getting everything I needed. In our new location, I just stood there pointing to where I needed everything to go. They disassembled and reassembled 8 cubicles and a conference room table. At the end of the move, i realized I needed something shifted and they did it without complaint. The movers team asked me multiple times about the old space and the new space how it looked and whether i was satisfied. The professionalism and customer service were great. Move days can be extremely stressful and I kept waiting for something to go terribly wrong, but choosing these movers to handle my company's Long-Distance move was the best decision I could've made.

Read More If I could give zero stars i would. Hired to move my son cross country . They promised 7 day delivery. Items were late, all boxes damaged and multiple boxes and items missing. These included a TV, two mens suits and a winter coat. Total loss was over 2,000.00 in value. They were dismissive, denied and stated " it happens "

Multiple video calls to ensure accurate quote. Extensive measurement of items. Final cost was more than 60% higher. Avoid at all costs. They will quote (we spent so much time to get an accurate quote with video, exact measurements, etc.) and on the day of, on the truck, suddenly everything goes up and they added several extraneous and aggregious charges. I took photos that refuted the space they claimed, and the onsite write up. I filed a complaint with the NJ Attoney General Office of Consumer Affairs, which after reviewing my documentation, will be investigating the unscrupulous practices of this highly unscrupulous company. I'd suggest any of the "bait and switch" commentors do the same. We had items broken and pieces that didn't make the trip. We also complained to the BBB and OM, of course, refused to reply.

Read More Do not use this company. They will do multiple video calls to make you feel comfortable about the quote, yet on the day of move they will bump up the cubic feet requirements astronomically. I was give 3 different quotes over video call that ranged from 1300 cubic feet to 1600 cubic feet. On the day of move I was charged for 2500 cubic feet. However, when my items were delivered the content only occupied 1200 cubic feet. Stay away from this company. I have an ongoing complaint with Better Business Bureau as well. But it seems the company knows how to navigate those hurdles at consumer's dissatisfaction and cheating. STAY AWAY!!! Do not let George or Michelle convince you otherwise that the online reviews are fake or that customer added lot of items last minute. I have a proof that shows my content was less than 1200 cubic feet. When I submitted that proof, I was offered $500 to settle without them admitting any wrongdoing while they had over charged me by $2500.
