Read More Fantastic firm. They were prompt upon arrival, provided an accurate quote over the phone, and issued a reminder text message. When moving my belongings, the team was extremely professional and careful. They were patient with me when I questioned their strategy. In my experience, they were both fast and proficient. We confidently endorse it. In terms of payment, there were no surprises. They even assisted me in reassembling the bed. I appreciate it.

Read More Moving is stressful enough, but this "company" takes it to the next level. Doubling the initial cost, lying about delivery dates, rude customer service, only accepting cash or postal money orders when furniture finally arrives. They actually gave us the wrong amount due on delivery so the movers stopped taking our belongings off of the truck. We had to go running around on Veteran's Day when post offices and banks were closed, while the movers sat in the truck. They refused to use the credit card that we used when they initially picked up our furniture. They even quoted us as having to pay them an extra $650 a day if we did not come up with the cash on Veterans Day. They have no concern for their customers, only for the mighty dollar. Stay away at all cost. By the way, they market themselves as OM Van Lines until your belongings are on the truck and then they give you the contract with OM Logistics and Trucking LLC on the top (has a D- Better Business Bureau rating). Very shady.

I would recommend them to anyone and have already recommended them to two personal acquaintances who are moving this year. Nothing was damaged and I was very happy with the price.

Also they took gental care of the items as they were moving them in and out of the house. Overall pretty good service and I would recommend this company to anyone that is going to be moving .
