Read More I was quoted $1445 from a rep he assured me I would have a binding contract and the amount would not change which was a total lie day of move my price changed from $1445 to $1919 I feel like this company is a scam and is only out for money I don’t recommend this company I’m very upset and disappointed

Read More Can we get together and sue this company? I believe it’s time for a class action law suit. I just dealt with them on November 2023. This company is terrible like everyone says. They damaged every single one of my items and sent drivers who were extremely unprepared. You should see the pictures I have of the inside of their truck. Boxes in complete disarray, it’s no wonder they lost my bed side table.

Read More From the first telephone call until the crew left, they did not disappoint! They demonstrated their caring for the customer all throughout the move process. My crew arrived on time, were friendly, and answered all my questions. They were very efficient and worked together as a team to get my move completed. I’ve used several other moving companies over the years and none of them exceeded my expectations the way this company did. Thanks again for a great experience.

Son had to unload the truck as it was only the driver and no additional help. Was told " it happens". Filed a claim and have heard nothing since. We're very dismissive.

Read More Fantastic firm. They were prompt upon arrival, provided an accurate quote over the phone, and issued a reminder text message. When moving my belongings, the team was extremely professional and careful. They were patient with me when I questioned their strategy. In my experience, they were both fast and proficient. We confidently endorse it. In terms of payment, there were no surprises. They even assisted me in reassembling the bed. I appreciate it.

Read More Moving is stressful enough, but this "company" takes it to the next level. Doubling the initial cost, lying about delivery dates, rude customer service, only accepting cash or postal money orders when furniture finally arrives. They actually gave us the wrong amount due on delivery so the movers stopped taking our belongings off of the truck. We had to go running around on Veteran's Day when post offices and banks were closed, while the movers sat in the truck. They refused to use the credit card that we used when they initially picked up our furniture. They even quoted us as having to pay them an extra $650 a day if we did not come up with the cash on Veterans Day. They have no concern for their customers, only for the mighty dollar. Stay away at all cost. By the way, they market themselves as OM Van Lines until your belongings are on the truck and then they give you the contract with OM Logistics and Trucking LLC on the top (has a D- Better Business Bureau rating). Very shady.
