They paid attention to detail and were extremely careful with my belongings. They moved me in record time from an upstairs apartment to a 2 story house and I couldn’t be happier with their service! I received a courtesy call confirming from Robert both the night before and the morning of our move. 4 professional, respectful, strong, and swift moving men arrived promptly at our scheduled time. They took care in packing our furniture for transit across town. They worked diligently and cohesively all while smiling! home was set up and ready by late afternoon! I will be recommending Alex and his team. When I need movers again I wouldn't dream of having anyone else! Thank you to the entire team!

Read More I was contacted by too many to name companies when I went online looking for a moving company. It was fate that I answered the call from OM Van Lines. The Rep that I spoke with was very informative, transparent as well as knowledged. She guided me thru the process efficiently and thoroughly taking my inventory. It was explained to me that the cost of the move was based on the space utilized on the truck and that it was imperative that I include absolutely everything that I was moving. I was very pleased and moved forward with a deposit on first contact, that's how confident I was with her proficiency. The rest of the moving process went exactly as she explained. Other people that contacted me from the company were just as informative and kind. I recommend OM Van Lines as a Moving Company and will share their name with family and friends that need moving services in the future. Thank You OM Van Lines for facilitating a wonderful moving experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called the office to tell them how happy we were with the crew they sent. I recommend this company to anyone looking to move long distance.

Read More I encourage EVERYONE to stay as far away from this company as possible. Bait and switched us at haul away with over $800 dollars in fees.. even though we had less than we quoted them! One TV, one barstool, a couch and two other items we didn’t even have the take! Yet somehow we were “over the quoted space” and they demanded an additional $700. Items were already on the truck we had no choice but to pay, even when we had way less than we told them we would! Then their subcontractor called us 3 days before delivery and told us we’d have to pay $425 or they wouldn’t deliver our belongings even though a smaller truck wasn’t necessary for delivery. They even told us they’d leave everything and not set up our belongings (which is in the contract)! And now to top it all off, they gave us a box of pampers instead of the box with my luxury items! Purses, all my sheets for my bed, and my bathroom materials are now mia. This on top of my nightstand being broken. Bait and switched us to charge an extra $1200 throughout this process and now this… truly a nightmare company BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM! Reached out to their customer service who was combative with us… when their company is the one clearly falling short if you look at these reviews. Smh.

He had us film every room on FaceTime; we signed the same day. That signature was the most expensive mistake we’ve ever made. Pickup Day Three men arrived on time but reeking of last night’s whiskey. One bragged, “Man, I’m still seeing two of everything.” They laughed, dropped our mahogany dresser down the stairs, and shot me a death stare when I asked them to slow down. By the time the truck was loaded, the foreman slid a new invoice across the tailgate—exactly 2.1× the quote. “Pay now or we drive away with your life,” he said. We paid. The Vanishing Act Delivery window: 5–7 days. Reality: 16 days of radio silence. Customer service went from “any minute now” to voicemail purgatory. They moved everything efficiently and quickly, wrapped everything so well so that nothing was damaged, and put everything in place where we needed when we arrived at our new home. Cannot recommend them enough!
